I like to use 2 sets of adjustable slide clamps to get the horizontal and vertical edges aligned. Those spring clamps can shift the wood pieces. Glue sets up quickly and if one side is slightly off you cannot do anything about it. Being careful is the most important part.

Is Silhouette Studio - Business Edition the software we should use before going to Glowforge?
Can I do this on the cricut maker?
I loved this work of art, although I am not familiar with using glowforge, your work inspired me to get started with something. I have a question what if I do not want to keep it as a puzzle and stick the acrylic letters instead for a 3d effect, what glue can u use to not show through and look messy on the acrylic. TIA
The clear will make it very difficult. I would try using 3M tape on the acrylic. You place it on before cutting and peel off the paper backing afterward.

Hi Kris! This was a specialty one made with Craft Chameleon and I believe it's discontinued now :(
What does convert to Path does ? That something why people do that.
Basically it changes it from an editable text (font) or shape, to a line (path)
As far as dimensions I cheated and bought an SVG that’s actually a great size .

This is the wood sheets from Woodpeckers! I believe its around 20x12 inches.
I thought cant cut clear acrylic with glowforge Aura?
This is a Glowforge Pro, it's a CO2 cutter as opposed to diode like the aura.
how do you find is the best way to ship them?
I SUPER wrap them in plastic wrap, then bubble wrap and use the small flat mailer boxes. There might be a better way, but this is working for me so far.
