I don’t always eat breakfast during the week but when I do I have Greek yogurt with agave and some type of fruit. On the weeks I always have a avocado toast with bacon.
Greek yogurt with fruit and agave is pretty well-balanced! 👌 Avocado with bacon toast sounds delicious!
I eat a late breakfast but it always starts out with an avacado, tuna, and berries.
Wouldn't the best diabetic breakfast be a pickle, zero calories, zero carbs, preserved in vinegar which has acetic acid that neutralizes glucose.
@miken7629, lol. A pickle probably wouldn't change glucose levels, but it would also not provide anything meaningful in terms of calories or nutrients that anyone requires to be healthy, diabetic or not.
Calories don't matter.....
Eggs bacon any meat...avocado
No toast...
Zero carbs.
In fact fasting REDUCES STRESS HORMONES NOT INCREASE THEM.
A CUP OF COFFEE NO SUGAR
IS ALSO JUST FINE.
