      I wonder if you we let with the Noctua D12, lower height, then you would be able to reinstall the radiator bracket and add a 120mm exhaust fan at the top over the SSD card area.

    Oooh... thanks for sharing. LOVE that case. I'm still using an AM4 rig I built in 2019 and will soon be upgrading to a 5800X3D. After that though, I could definitely see using the 2000D for my next one when I'm ready to go to AM5. Agree with your rig choices. Big fan of the Dominator RAM series and was already thinking about using the Chromax Noctua DH-15 with my CPU upgrade... love that look, especially since it does its job well!

      Corsair strangely lists the max CPU cooler support as 90mm on their website. even with a 360mm AIO and standard thickness fans you'd still have 115mm. idk how they got to this number. -- I posted this before i got to that point in the video lmao. didn't notice Devyn also said that

      In fact this is a slower version of what next consoles will become. And it's inspiring. 2028 consoles most likely will be built on RDNA 5 and Zen 6 with 2 nm process. All of these products are planned on 2026-27

      @lukaszgapinski6452 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      It doesnt matter what consoles are gonna be in future if developers will keep releasing unoptimized games such as gotham knights. Also pc areny going to stand in one place so keep that in mind

      @@ek2who source or GTFO, looks like you have no idea what you talking about, new process? Let's say consoles can use latest RDNA technology, but for what costs? Sony and M$ they always taking what is affordable, to be said never latest processing, from year's they stuck on few years old nm processing as it's always adorable, and engineering dude knows how much he can push outdated components, ps5 and Xbox SX are made on RDNA2 custom chips where soon we have RDNA4, if AMD will made RDNA8 to 2028 then yes we may see 4-5 on new consoles, they should focus more on CPU with new generation as the ram which they using rn will be fine for next 7 years alongside storage speeds, so next console should have better CPU and GPU and double the amount of RAM and that's it, affordable as they like, I would expect something at mid range pc, as upcoming ps5 pro will be still much slower than an RTX3090, leak's suggest 24Tf, and RTX has 30tf, so the power of ps5 is basically 4060, and CPU will be the same as it is with 10% boost in clock speed which is still too low to make BG3 run at stable 60fps, now CPU is needed as developers won't give a F with optimization as people are buying games anyway so they don't care, you want flawless FPS then get best components.

    Great build and great points at the end. Really hope Corsair will launch a V2 ASAP with a top fan, properly routed PSU cable and 25mm fan support for the front.
    A lot of stuff just seems like an afterthought on this case, although the aesthetic is amazing.

      I have made a Thermaltake tower 200 build with the matx, 4090 and ASSASSIN III from DeepCool. All hot air goes from top and all the connections are on the top side, so maybe their design is better one than we have seen from Corsair in this video

    • @kevinm8715
      @kevinm8715 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      The things that you want in this case were in the original design. Look at the Origin PC Chronos prebuilts, they show what the original configuration is. You can also see it in a JayzTwoCents video (the title was something about an SFF case that fits a 360mm AIO). But Corsair cound out that hanging the GPU from the top like that would lead to issues with the vapor chambers of some GPUs not working, so at the last minute they flipped the design upside down. Now most of the complaint points (bottom exhaust instead of top, strange PSU and cable routing, GPU pulling air in from the rear) are because they are the reverse of what was originally intended. There does need to be a V2 of this case because as they sell it now they don't make a great use of all of that volume.

      @@bent540 Well I did not intend this to bring in political views. I am talking about us as humans and our minds. Our brains can interpret the meaning of beauty in different ways. Besides, all words and definitions were created by humans so why is it surreal to have different opinions on subjects such as beauty? And to be clear I do not get swayed by either side of the political spectrum as being informed about both sides is much more valuable than being one sided or even extremist (that goes for any government, but moreso in America where everyone has differing opinions, thoughts, and the government is always run through a political agenda).

      imagine you have that box in your left hand! and then imagine with all your tiny brains might, that you have a "beautiful" box in your right hand! now, if the box you imagine in your right hand is beautiful, then the box in your left hand cannot be beautiful.
      do you understand the simple logic now?

    Hallo! I am about to assemble more or less the same computer and I am debating so much about air cooler or AIO cooler. As an engineer, but no sw engineer, I really don't understand how reducing so much the volume for the air to move and so cool things down, can be a good choice compared to AIO coolers. It's true I have the AMD 7900 with B650I Ultra which has some issues of compatibility with several really good AIO coolers. I don't know, you are the second one happy with air cooler and maybe I should just go for it. Also, I will travel around with the PC, so that is also the other reason why... maybe AIO. Another question, is the fan hub the only way to connect them together? and can you advice another Noctua 25mm cause the one you choose is not available for a while in Germany. Thanks

    My only gripe with this type of case is that the the motherboard port is on awkward position to access easily, otherwise a perfect case because I prefer vertical alignment for PC case. Currently leaning more on Fractal Ridge, but felt really pushing the limit. Slightly larger Fractal Ridge would be the dream for me.

    Refreshing and nice to see a pc build which is not totally emasculated with RGB light nonsense.

    I tried similar, but with a xfx 7900xtx, the gpu just was hot pretty much all the time, even with the front fans at 70%, it just felt like the air was not escaping the case.

    Corsairs gpu length is also odd. They list 365mm yet everywhere else such as Newegg and Amazon list in pictures and specs 320mm.

    hate the IO for the motherboard being on the bottom, also wish it was less restrictive on gpu width given it's size
