This is great for the pastors sermon notes. I drag and drop the entire word file and break it up into the slides. That’s where I see the biggest use for time saving.

I have alot of text to toss in the presentation .. HOW do I get it to stop pushing the new slides off the screen which makes it VERY difficult to see what I have to cut next (I have to shrink it so small I can barely see it on my 5k 2015 iMac ..) This is what Im talking about ITS A LONG reading for a Mass I help put in Pro presenter

I’d paste and match style so it’s the size it will be and then go into reflow editor. Click where you want the next slide to start and hold down option and tap enter. It will split the slide at that point (creating a new slide with the rest of the text). So, that way, you can easily go through and split the slides really fast.

@@PaulClifford This is how I had to use it DUE to how big the text file was th-cam.com/video/OljbpKi1Ur8/w-d-xo.html

@@PaulClifford Thanks to you Its SO much easier to reflow its just the reading was SO long that it poured off the page and made it Very difficult to deal with .. Luckily this only happens at Easter and Christmas. I reformat the text as its not avail in Propresenter, to come in as one paragraph because so I do not have to put the citation under every one of them. . Also is there ways to do Motion with lower thirds. Example the elements for the background of the lower come up then the text goes on ?? I have tried this with the builds without very good results.. (wanting to do what I see on the bigger church on tv lower thirds..or is this a premiere with Green screen task?)
