Black bars work but a slightly transparent rectangle that spans the whole width of the screen and starts at the bottom (both lines on the same rectangle) looks cleaner in my opinion.
I have been working on this software for over a month now-granted I was away for about 10 days for FIL suddenly passing-but goodness! It has been difficult at best to figure out how to get songs in here-finally today-I was able to follow along here at home and play with a trial version and viola' got it! I have to learn this and then teach others how to use it. They are not computer saavy at all, just want to help in the service-can't afford to backslide in the media booth! Thanks for your help, really!!

Automating Lyrics requires some sort of Constant. That is usually some sort of Backing track that the Band is playing to. To Time the Slides to the Music, you would need to automate it to a music track. Lyric Slides are not as consistent as for Example every 7.43 seconds apart. -Nathan R
No, The same amount of text has to be on each screen. ProPresenter does a great job of creating multiple outputs of the same content in different configurations. But not different content on the different slides. -Nathan R
What would you suggest for a church that does not use a live video feed for its lyrics? We live stream our services so lower thirds would be helpful but it would not be helpful in a live situation in the auditorium
With Pro7 you can output multiple outputs, so "Output 1" to the screens in the room. With Lyrics in the center, and Motion or Still backgrounds. Then "Output 2" will be the web stream that has Live video, and Lyrics on the lower third. Is this helpful?

However, I did it along w/ your video and nothing happened 🤭 lol It’s for lyrics that were already in Propresenter and I was messing around w/ it to see if I can add the black boxes, but when I click “fill” nothing shows up. Now, my background (for the slide itself) is on transparent, is that an issue? Help! Lol
To get black boxes around your text, create a fill, then go to “Lines Only” and change the line width, but the Vertical Padding to something negative to get separation.
How do I get all of the slides for a song to get the black bars at the same time. I tried selecting all of the slides on the left side, chose one to set the black background lines, but only that one slide was changed. I'd like to do all of the slides for the song in one fell swoop. Is this possible?

Are you talking the Black Bar behind the text? Highlight text, apply a Fill, apply Lines Only and adjust the Vertical Padding in the -Neg numbers to get separation between the lines of text.
Nathan, Is there a way to setup Full-screen Lyrics for Main screens with moving background and at the same time sending lower 3rd lyrics to our Online output over video and 1 person control them?
I am just beginning to use PP7, but with lyrics isn't it also import to identify the verses, choruses, tags, etc? Cause we need to create an arrangement for the song.
Labeling the Intro, Verse, Chorus etc is really a user preference thing. My church sets up lyrics for songs so that the user can click from the first to last slide. Everything is in order. Labeling would be important if you wanted to only have one set of slides for the Chorus for example, and the operator then needs to click back to that chorus the next time chorus is sung.
Also, for different arrangements of songs. Let's say Main Church and Youth do the song differently. We create 2 versions of the song in the Library, So "Good Grace - Youth" for example.
Hi Nathan, it is possible to play MMO while playing the lyrics automatically? Our church wants to livestream to play the MMO to sing without the hassle to click and switch on each lines of Lyrics. Are there ways to presync the Lyrics to match the MMO so it will be the exact timing when we want it to match to the beat? Thanks Nathan!

How can you add songs that aren't in google?Google?? Like original songs written by our worship pastor. This is what we are having issues with.
