    a quick method to enter the scripture is to type the first three letters of the book, followed by chapter number, space, followed by the verse.
    Eg. Col 3 17 or Col 3 17-18.
    for books that start with First or Second, u can do
    1 Chr 1 1
    :)

    Thanks, this was helpful. Took me ages to spot the Save As button and to figure out what "Verse >" meant before watching - I feel like this area is a less intuitive part of the ProPresenter UI and could benefit from some tweaking. My question starts with a typical scenario where the speaker comes to the presenter on the day and says that they want to add two verses to the reading, or that they accidentally added some extra verses in the notes because someone typed 16 instead of 6 and they want it fixed. How can I easily do that? I can see that I can add an additional reading for some spare verses if required and it would just flow, but how would I take out verses?
    I could delete the reading and add it again, but say I've already done a bunch of work reformatting with Reflow, I don't want to throw that away, I just want to open this up in the Bible editing section again and knock off a few verses?
    Question 2 would be around split readings - e.g. reading the first verse and then jumping to a chunk further down. Do I have to put these in as two separate readings?

    This looks so difficult to add a Bible Verse. Sometimes the preacher dictates a verse that is not scheduled and with Easyworship I can transmit it in seconds (1 - 2 seconds) but with propresent it seems that I have to do too many things just to transmit a verse. So I stay with Easy Worship

    Thanks Josh.. My pastor has lots of diff verses.. Is it my understanding that if I have (for example) 20 Verses in his message, I have to do each verse separately. Create the verse under "Bible", copy it to his message presentation, then go back to "Bible" and create the next verse and copy that to his message.. back and forth.. Is this correct or can I do all 20 verses under Bible and copy the 20 to his message presentation? Thank You - Grant

    Is there a way to add the title of Passage on the first screen rather than the last?

    Very interesting however how do you place the bible slide on the video?

      Hi William, at about the 8 minute mark I explain how to place the bible onto a slide. Is your question about this or how to add the slide to a video? If it is the latter this would depend on your setup and where you video is coming from and going etc. Happy to try and help if you can explain what you mean for me

    Good Stuff man! I do have a question regarding the "save as" button. When I click the save as button and save it to a playlist, it also saves in one of my main library tabs. How can I fix this so it only saves on my playlist?

    I purchased a few Bible translations last week in Propresenter, but nothing happened, what I purchased is not showing up… am I missing something? Am I supposed to download it from somewhere once it’s purchased?

    • @learnpropresenter
      @learnpropresenter  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should be able to go to bibles, click the options button and see your purchased bibles. If you can’t this is usually to do with your propresenter license not matching the version on your computer and when your purchased the bibles as they are linked to your propresenter license

    how to search an exact verse so it doesnt show you random verses/books in the bible?

  • @LagoonTV

    Great. We run a different theme for online (lower third) and a full screen for House. How do we make the Bible follow the different looks straight from the bible tab without having to go back and forth trying to work on the main slide presentations

    • @learnpropresenter
      @learnpropresenter  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is my understanding that you would use the bible tab as like a setup and insert feature so you need to put the Bible into your presentation which could be done before the service then you do not need to open the bible section during the service but rather just run through your different presentations as normal that include the Bible part.

    what to do if there is no Bible in your preferred language?

    • @learnpropresenter
      @learnpropresenter  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’d probably just insert it using copy paste and import. If you look at our videos about importing song lyrics we use the import feature from google to do this in one example

      You could try an alternative for now or use the import function in file import if you copy and paste it from elsewhere
