I've been into health and fitness most my life - always seeing what works the best with the least amount of time and very little use of weights. My jogging takes the most of my time, but it's a must for me. I also do the 5 Tibetan rites for many years as to compliment my exercise regiment (21 reps of each). I recently found out about the horse stance and your channel after looking over many other channels on the horse stance. For a newbie hungry for the correct and best way to do this stance, I feel like I found the best teacher for me here. I really like your demo on the horse riding stance and your method of teaching. I found the horse stance to be very humbling, which is why I'm up for the challenge and I can't wait to see where the first 3 months take me. Thank you sir for the time you put into your short and to the point videos.

Enjoyed this video well explained.i watched one where he virtually standing hardly bent, so this is better. I do lots of bodyweight squats so I'm going to try this definitely. It's good to see older guys showing these videos then younger as they have no idea of tge aging process until they get and feel it. So yeah inspiring great work. So do you suggest a day rest in between?

If nothing else, I think I can for sure clean up the audio and isolate your voice much better. The mic is more than loud enough and I don't hear any clipping so I feel pretty good about the possibilities. Just because I think what you are saying deserves to be better heard and gives me practice at using open source AI on something I care about. It won't cost either of us anything but a little time if you are interested (I wouldn't download and alter change your audio without your permission, even for improvement).
Thank you Mr.Fury - I’ve been following you since 1998 with the famous reverse glute and neck stretch position - for a thick strong neck _ unfortunately during the Covid nonsense I lost touch and my spine and neck have problems- So this horse stance video was an excellent piece of info along with the improve your posture video - greatly appreciated sir !
