This is brutal. But it makes bodyweight wizards.

Thank you for your valuable advice and showing me the right path
Thanks your the best 💪💪❤️❤️💯much love
You're in Alaska?
Second to comment here. Haha
I absolutely love the philosophy and agree with you. I started slowly 2 1/2 years ago with 20 minutes of yoga every day, and have built up to 60-120 minutes of yoga or calesthetics every day. I take 10-15 days off per year, but have had the patience and focus to add this routine into my daily life. At almost 42 years old, I never thought I could feel so strong and flexible. Anyone can do it! Just need the right mindset and teacher.
That’s very inspiring. Well done Justin.
You have changed my training I have added many of your exercise principals and at 56 I am on my way to new levels of fitness your on to something thanks
Excellent
This is the first video of yours that I've seen, and I must say: I sincerely appreciate what you're doing with your channel. You are concise and stay focused on the subject matter, your production quality shows the care you have for this mission, and your practice of abundance by graciously providing such great content sans paywall is so rare and valuable in today's social media business model environment. God bless you, your staff, and all your clients- in all that you do. 🙏🏼
Thank you sir
Brother! You just dropped gem, after gem, after gem. No BS, just concise straight up truth. Hit me like a ton of bricks.
The 15 second quick take was gold but what really hit me was the Unitarian philosophy discussion. I agree with the mental and emotional software required to go up the mountain.
Keep changing the world brother! Amazing stuff and your videos always give me what i need in a moment of challenge, even outside health and fitness. I respect your philosophy, commitment and focus. You are a great role model of what the masculine can and should aspire to be; creating a better world by offering their love to others through their specific passion. You’re changing many life’ lives in a powerful way. Thank you!
Incredible. I've incorporated the static holds as warmups, and really put my ego in my pocket and started working on weak points. I can sense my "workouts" morphing into training sessions.
A guy I know is good at doing Horse Stance.
But it is his Martial Arts Teacher that is impressive on this; he could maintain a Horse Stance for over 2 hours! My best time is 5 minutes; legs were burning in pain, and ached a bit for next couple days. So from my experience I can really appreciate how impressive it is that a person can maintain that pose for 2+ hours.
Longest plank ever is 8h
Lol im here after my humbling 35 secs of horse stance
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND.

THERE WILL BE NO NEED FOR YOGA IN THE NEW JERUSALEM! BUT WE'LL BE PERFECTLY FIT AND READY TO RULE WITH THE LORD!

HALLELUJAH! ❤️✝️❤️
I am happy to say that , watching your videos really gives me the confirmation and motivation that I am on the right path. It helps me get up and push my limits .
Excellent videos brother. Just came across them last night. you deserve millions of subs. I have been a coach/trainer for 8 years. I have been all over the board. fell into multiple "new age" trends. Had 2 surgeries and am currently on the arduous recovery. When its all said and done, All you need is a great PT/Coach and the Mental fortitude to stick it out. 18 months can transform you.
Thanks Coty. And that's why we hire only doctorate Physical Therapists for our coaching team because when they come with that education/experience and then learn our system they are a force to be reckoned with. Thanks for being here.
Also, your content is awesome brother
Thanks for talking about stretching (at least brushing it), that is so important and overlooked by almost all workout TH-camrs
Escape the matrix
It's mental.. subscribed!
Thanks for being here.
Loved this blend of mind and body, inspiration and execution
Fantastic
I am so glad I found your channel. I’m definitely going to reach out to you directly. I am about to start a new job with the post office in about a week so I need to settle into that before I take on something else.
Perfect
Thank you for sharing this information. It is greatly appreciated!
Sure
This is what needs to spread, this is what needs to trend …. Super positive and inspiring.. Truly love this now to get to work !

🥷💪
Mr. Weiland, I am so admired by your videos and your philosophy in general. I found out your channel less than a month ago and I can’t let even a day going away without watching on of your videos. I am the age of 42 and I am still in passion with the sport, especially gymnasticas, acrobatics, mainly body weight training. I would dare say that now I feel even stronger and better compared to my 20s and 30s and I not planning to stop it even after some injuries I had due to stupid things I used to do in an attempt to quickly reach my goals. Now I am somewhere at the intermediate level of my bodyweight routine. I slowly started to recover my straddle planche and the press to handstand movement but I still have some gaps and things that I miss. I would like to discuss with you my goals and my current body state so I would better orient myself and make it safer and easier to reach my goals. Thank you in advance!
Thanks and thanks for being here 🥷💪
Genius. I dig the philosophy along with the practice.
Perfect
I watch each Pac Rim video, first on my phone, then on my computer (slowing down, taking screenshots, and writing notes), then on my TV to see it all in very large detail.
Sharing. Lee Weiland inspired pre-workout warm up.
1. Pull ups (5 sets of 5)
2. Marching (20)
3. Hollow body holds (100 seconds)
4. Superman hold (100 seconds)
5. Splits (am still working on this)
6. Pull ups
7. L-sit (reps and static)
8. V-stand (reps and static)
9. 1-arm hang (60 seconds)
10. Pull ups or chin ups
11. Side plank marches
12. "Pike to pop talls" (pike > push up position > push up > push up over spin > lift one leg > over spin > push up > pop tall)
13. Pull ups
14. Mobility drill (not sure what it's called)
Thanks, Coach.
Incorporating more and more into my calisthenics training and when I get my $68k debt paid off, I'll book a call. Until then, training still needs to happen.
Brutal! No doubt effective. My home environment doesn't seem conducive for training- wish they had other facilities/affiliate locations. PacRim will blow up when they do.
All that is your warmup before you workout!?
I clicked thinking I would get some insight on how to better program my horse stance, and now I’m sitting here with my brain exploding out of my ears. Thank you.
When I was 9-13 I was fencing and our teacher made us do static training exercises and I totally forgot about it until seeing this. I remember how intense it was. I’ll give it a go now in adulthood and see what I’m still made of! (I have thighs of steel which I still attribute to my youth fencing, all the rest of my body is pretty weak)
Perfect
Friend, You have my atention, thank you for this!

I subscribed about a month ago, love the content! I like it so much that I want to spend time in ALaska to get in-person Training/Coaching. When you said, "Without the Pre-Workout, death metal blaring...: I lost it lmao!
Great video!
I thought what there’s another way? Good comment.
Love it. Very inspiring!
This is true fitness. Great content all around. I practice horse but not crane and snake. I never knew the switch of techniques were called katas either. I’m in. Muscle ups and pistol squats are my only mastered skills right now. It goes much deeper awesome
Excellent
I have added hollow body form and horse stance in my training routine and I call it motivation training,it's painfull but that pain makes my mental stronger
Legendary!!! Great Content!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
best training channel on youtube. luckely this found me

Amazing video, well-grounded in reality (real-world health & wellness). And most importantly, accessible & achievable by following Pacific Rim's syllabus & protocols. Respectfully, Legion Le Trebouchet

Thanks for keeping it real 💯
Of course
Beautiful watch entire video for physical and mental enlightenment
"Train your body and your spirit will follow."
And vice versa
"master your rage or rage will become your master"
Thank you 🙏
This was beautiful
Awesome to hear your regimen !Much like my journey through kung fu and aerial straps, lyra . I actually stopped teaching both of these because of how lazy people were and how they wanted instant gratification. I'd rather use my energy for my own exploration than people who don't want to have the discipline at these McDojo and McAerial gyms.
Yep...it takes a lot of work to build a great community of like-minded people who train hard
Legendary channel
Principles and concepts first. Then moves.
Strategic and then tactical planning and execution.
Feedback from tactical implementation helps guide strategic planning.
All resulting in an upward spiral 🌀 lifecycle of achievement.
Interesting! Will try this!
"...or you can become the iron."
My new motto. Thank you.
Loved the way you said: "this is not tik tok". I am constantly looking to surprise and move my body in a wiser way. Longevity and joy is the goal. This Sunday morning feeling inspiredd very happy to find your channel. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 👌🤩
This is the complete culture that fitness needs.
🙏🏼💙😎
Wow…. Thank you so much for your work, your passion and content.
It’s an absolute life changing experience. I’m happy to have started my journey again at 45.
🥷💪
Thank you for this, I will pass it on.
Stoke the flame
Oh wow!! I would give a whole lottery win to be trained by you. I'm nearly 62, feel 30 😅, have loved working out since I was 13, but never attained what I think I'm capable of because I've followed youtubers and the usual routines. I recently got into flow type movement, but your stuff is just the best I've ever seen, and so is your attitude. You are an absolute inspiration ❤🙂. I wish you were in the UK.
Thanks for being here
This is what I have needed. To be pushed beyond my current limitations to where my limitations are gone. Thank you
I'm close to a 5minute wallsit now. Broke 4m35s with 5kg extra a few days ago on the 1st "set" after many months of twice weekly training it. 2nd and 3rd set 4 minutes. Once I Reach 5 minutes I'll switch to horsestance. And many more statics in the future. Been building up the base for many things for a while now. Definitely a fan of this type of training and it's absolutely the most challenging aspect of my training.
Fantastic
Do horse stance...its better for you than wall sit. I'd say the same thing about handstands. Do frog first. Works for me and my students anyway.
Great content! Thanks so much.
Excellent
Thank you coach
I have only gratitude for this content
I have gratitude for you being here
"Because if Google or social media ever goes away, which may in fact be a good thing."
Literally earned my subscription with that statement alone lol
😁 thanks for being here
I’ve been holding hollow body, hangs, handstands, and horse stance 2x a week to absolute failure, and the results are insane. My back feels absolutely pristine. I can only hold about 3 minutes on each and I already feel amazing. I lifted for years as a teenager and was constantly hurting myself and compensating for things like butt wink, and meanwhile the whole time it was just weak shoulders and abs.
Cool
Now this is something different. Lee is so right; you can only learn so much from YT videos. You sure got my attention.....
Train hard
I wish nothing more then to be in Alaska so that I not only could train, but learn this man’s discipline and mentality because it indefinitely leads to a better way of life.
Thank you.
Get a plane ticket...you'll love it
A word of advice to those still saying "Can't".
Remove that word from your vocabulary entirely and recognize it as a lie...change it to "having trouble with" and you will open a whole new world of possibilities.
Now you can...but it will take some work.
Yes sir
Best video EVER!!!
Probably not 🤣 but i appreciate your viewership
i like that you added a qui gon meme mid vid. Nice.
All glory goes to my media team
@@LeeWeiland theres always a bigger fish
Yes indeed
The key for me is perseverance, something that 99% of people don't have. Having a set wakeup time w/o hitting snooze, working out even when you "Don't feel it", or going for a run on a cloudy/rainy day, because that is when you really need it. There may be days I might cut back a bit because I'm over tired but even on my 'rest' days I still walk, swim, do calisthenics, technical training, just won't workout or run.
Very good
Brutal. I love it.
Great philosophy n life patterns 💪
You had me at "this is not tik tok"
Lol
This is awesome!
Right on
In my youth at MA school we practiced static horse stance a lot! So much that when i went horse riding for first time people asked if i was sore next day.........NO. I have been practicing this for years!
great
Wow! Definitely struck a cord!!!
Great intro video- COULD U DO A LIST OF THE VIDEOS BEST TO BEGIN WITH NUMBER 0,1,2,3 etc so we know where to begin as the channel has so many videos idk where to begin and which to follow next and onwards-
What's 1 for some is 5 for someone else. I LOVE lists and levels too...but it just doesn't work that way for people.
So powerful!
Rocket
Bro put all of his life-skill points into leadership, lol. This is a very well made video.
Thank you for the kind words and thanks for being here
Great video! Glad I clicked on this. I’ve subscribed and am looking forward to seeing more content! 😊
Perfect
dude really put media clips of them walking on air ..
Thx
Thanks coach
Sure thing
Truly inspiring
Excellent
Instant gratification is way older than the internet.
The snake told the serpent to eat this and instantly become like God
I remember in Capoeira challenging people to do 2 minute handstands. Easy they said. Static exercises are TOUGH. But they're great for ligaments

Just imagine if RFK were elected president of the US, and he appointed you to the position of the Chairman of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports! In 4, or better yet, 8 years, the nation would regain its vibrance, intelligence, vitality and world respect.
Word
I wish I was closer to the west coast where you are located...
Same.
If we were in the same city I would definitely join and start training with you today but unfortunately we are not . But thank you for inspiring me.
Thanks for being here
😅 Very nice information you share with us. I started doing the Hollow and feel immediate benefits. Perhaps you could share a short video of three basic movements that will increase overall strength for us new to your discipline.
Thanks 😊
Thanks for being here. Those kind of moves are sprinkled through all the videos.
AWE!
I am the Iron 💪
Great video Lee!!
Static is the worst for hypertrophy, but it builds a tremendous amount of nervous system strength and muscle mind connection and muscle force
Yep
Golden
🥷
I love the “this is not tik tok” line❤
🙂🥂
Get it 💪
Wow, I really like your message. I love the videos as well. I do hot yoga and poloties 2 too 4 times a week. I've been looking to develop a routine at home for core and flexibility. The horse stance and hollow holds sound like a good place to start, and yes, I am one of those who is looking for how many times a day, sets, and so on. The mental aspect is the hardest part because the few people in my circle are not on the same page, including my live-in girlfriend. I will be in touch soon to see how your program will help and improve my life from this point forward. Looking forward to working with you soon...Gino
Mind body spirit coalesce into one that's the secret you got it going on for real im now a fan and acolyte
Do you have a video for beginners. Some I can do in my living while my kids are sleeping. Something for beginners/intermediates ?
It's all relative...
Great philosophy and great advice throughout. Also, I used to do horse stance for hours. Did it while doing homework and playing video games. Allowed me to run fast even without training much. Guess I need to find time to get back to more training. Good work.
Ive been looking for the right teacher for a long time. David Goggin's running like an 18 wheeler. Ronnie Coleman and Tom Platz lifting like titans. Mixed martial artists and boxers brawling like gladiators. Even Wim Hof, as insane as his methods may seem, are more beneficial than many care to think. Going beyond the comfort zone is what it's all about, sign me up.
Do what you thought impossible
Epic. Where do you find those exercise fail videos though 😮😂
