- House tour 2022 is now here! In this video I, Jenna Licciardo-Toivola "Jenna Devalen" share our new home and take you on a tour to our empty apartment. We moved into this house in the beginning of June and it is so nice to be back living in Jyväskylä! Let me know what you think of this house and please share your decoration ideas if you have some!

How would you decorate this space? 😊
Some house plants, throw pillows and a Himalayan salt lamp. With some neutral colors for the walls or furniture. Maybe a bohemian look.
Large Art on wall, plants, neutral couch and light wood tables.
I posted a comment below with some ideas :) its a lovely space you both have!
Lots of mirrors to enhance the light and plants.
Boho look with low to the floor couch and cloth foot stools and lots of plants .. hanging one floor plants and shelf plants .. wall hanging macrame . Neutral color furniture add color with pillows and plants cactuses .. black and white pictures

Congratulations I'm inspired, currently saving to buy a house too, this means a lot to me at this time can you share tips to improve my income.
@@user-km2ep6c Here are some tips that helped me.
1. Plan towards it
2. Be frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need )
3. Save money towards retirement (Roth IRA/401k)
4. Build an emergency fund
5. Save to invest, this is the most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.

Leonardo and Jenna: Make many happy, lasting memories in your new home. Remember to hang pictures and paintings at eye level to the lady of the house when standing. Some people make the mistake of hanging things much too high on their walls. Looking forward to seeing how you decorate each room. Have fun giving your space a touch of your personalities!
Watching you work so hard at pursuing your dreams and growing in to a very proud and confident young woman is an incredible blessing that you are so graciously sharing with the world. I love that you aren’t afraid to try new things and truly take the time to study and put in to practice what you’ve learned before ultimately deciding if it’s a true passion of yours or not. You held yourself so incredibly well in the modeling world, and from what you shared from your cooking journey, that you also thrived there aswell. It is a an incredible breath of fresh air to see a young woman expand and grow in a multitude of passions and skills and not be afraid to explore so much of the unknown in the true pursuit of happiness. You should be incredibly proud of yourself 😁 Wishing you continued joy and success 🤍

Oh Jenna, I LOVE your new house. It’s so adorable, light and clean upgraded, you can’t beat those gorgeous windows and the fact that they have blinds even on the high part is a bonus. Tall ceilings make everything look so much bigger, and for me it reduces the feeling of claustrophobia. I know you were going to decorated beautifully can’t wait to see it. A very nice property it actually is very much simular to a tiny home which are quite popular at the moment . It isn't too big a space for the upkeep when you both live such busy lives . Congratulations Jenna and Leonardo it is lovely ❤️ now for the fun decorating it .💗

Did I miss where the bedroom was? At first I thought that large loft is where your sticking your bed but then I thought I heard you say you were putting your desk there. It’s a really great place. So nice to see you too!

Lovely apartment tour… just before you said your loft is an upgraded bunk bed I was thinking it :) you could buy a fold out lounge chair for downstairs so if you want to use it as a bed you can and also for visitors ;) you could also plant some pot plants on your veranda and a small round table with 2 chairs for you and Leonardo.
