I’m so happy you are studying to have a decree it will open up new doors and you can have real estate at the same time.. being a retired escrow officer of 38 years the markets are so unpredictable with a decree it will open up doors everywhere. I am excited for this next chapter in your life. I absolutely love your hair! I am happy that you have a successful career and are also embarking in business studies, which should also help you in real estate. I love your new addition. She is absolutely adorable. I have never seen a Chihuahua who wasn’t constantly shaking. I laughed so hard when she saw the older dogs playing, and with no fear ran as fast as she could to jump in the middle. I would definitely buy one like her. Is she a certain breed of Chihuahua, that keeps her from shaking? I am glad that you were selected to be her owners. I hope Leonardo has some job opportunities pending. I am waiting for grand babies. It looks like you have a beautiful bed. I hope you are still not sleeping in those tiny beds.
