What kind of videos would you like to see on my channel? 💛
The obvious one, Leonardo discussing what it was like growing up with Tania and Paul as parents. What are Tania and Paul like and do the two of you agree with them? People are continuously speaking for the two of you saying that you are "rebeling" from the family, but I honestly don't believe that. I think you guys align with the other Liccardio-Toivolas in full support. Please open up for yourselves. Be honest.
Show us more about your life around Finland, like places to go when visiting from the U.S.
This channel is about you and Leonardo , maybe every now and then about both your families but without the negativity that I’m sure you don’t want to discus with us strangers, only what you feel comfortable with like today’s video about your week at work, I loved listening how it is to be a realtor there.

Hi-I have two close friends here in the U.S who just recently got their Real Estate License and I’m so happy for them and you-starting out can be rough-but I will say their company and co workers really help with new ones coming into the office it’s nice to see your day at work -thanx for sharing

Love this - big congratulations to you! Would love to see your office & colleagues if they are willing. Finland is such a GORGEOUS place, we know you have to protect clients privacy, but maybe some photos of surrounding areas/country side. Curious to know what the housing market is like there- is it a buyer’s market or a seller’s market? For instance here in Seattle it’s been a seller’s market throughout the pandemic with extremely expensive housing prices & very little inventory. My favorite style of homes here in Seattle are one’s built in the 1960’s & 1970’s - “mid-century”. What style of homes are popular in your area? Great video, thanks for sharing!

I worked Front Desk in Real Estate in California for a few years. There was always an opportunity to learn something new and to help each other out. I want licenced but I was able to do it all. It was fun, easy to learn and exciting. Looking forward to more of your videos on this journey of Y'alls.

Do you use attorneys their to prepare your closing statements and grant deeds or do they have escrow/ title companies.

Sure- it’s summertime now in the northern hemisphere. 🤷🏽♀️ We don’t live anywhere near the equator, so in the summertime sunrise is always very early and then sets very late. If you go far enough north, for awhile it doesn’t really get dark at night, only dusk! Wintertime is the exact opposite. 💙🇨🇦🇫🇮

Last time they updated us on his situation he had just started studying, so I would assume that he's still doing that. And studying is pretty much a full time job.
He’s a Theology student at University.

@@Mania26 1 we don't know that - he might have a part time job. 2 Jenna is earning money. 3 the Finnish state is really good at financially supporting students as far as I know. 4 Leonardo has been dealing with severe depression for years and just seems to be finding his feet. Give him a break. He's in his early 20s, recovering from illness, and has nobody who's financially dependent on him. He's 100% entitled to just study and not earn money for a couple of years.

He is just lazy ass, becouse everything he have is from her mom, becouse they have money, fame and He don't give a shit about future familly and he take money from state via financialy support.
