  • Try this intense 15 Min CROSSFIT EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute). This workout can be done from home and perfect for any level; beginner all the way to advance. This is the perfect workout if you only have 15 minutes and want and intense full body workout that will build muscle, while melting fat and burning calories.
    You can modify this workout to your fitness level. If you really want to push it use heavier weights, or if you are a beginner adjust accordingly. For reference we used 25 pounds / 45 pounds. We definitely found this workout challenging, and were just the right amount of sore the next day. Let us know what you think.
    Workout Description: 5 Rounds
    EMOM: 40 Seconds Work : 20 Seconds Rest:
    A) Clean and Press.
    B) Reverse Lunges.
    C) 4 Mountain Climber into 1 Deadlift.
