    Thank you with all my heart. I've been searching for this video for years and finally, poof it's there. A 15 minute gentle practice with minimal cues and all the right moves. Stressless! :) Thanks again.

    I love those quick practices you're giving us. Not because they are short, but because there is less explaining and more inhale yoga position exhale, inhale yoga position exhale, repetitive pattern going on. Helpse to stay focus and get my Chi flowing.
    Thank you for your lesson
    Appreciate your efforts
    Nate.

    This is one of my before work go to favorites! Thank you. I’m still doing your 30 day challenge but I’m only up to day 21. Might take me a bit longer now that I’m back at work! 😉 🙏

    Hey this is my first yoga class in like three weeks. I got really sick and also sustained a slight ankle sprain and though I'm not 100%, I put on my compression wrap and made it work!

    Hi Tim, just did this one following on from the 9min ab one. It is good, but one thing I personally found was - I knew it was only 15 mins and felt a little rushed. For sure it is better than not doing any yoga, but... for all those who ask you for shorter routines, from you, I say to be mindful of this. Yoga is about getting in the zone and I find it takes at least a 25 mins personally, to reap the relaxation benefits and mindfulness benefits that yoga can offer us.

    Tim, I'd like to see a video dedicated to correcting anterior pelvic tilt. I've read many great guides about it but I'd love to see your take on it

    • @YogaDose
      @YogaDose  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wouldn't want to make a video that would try to correct an issue like that for the public. I would only work one on one with someone. Is it causing you pain? Who diagnosed it?

    • @omfgSHORYUKEN
      @omfgSHORYUKEN 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pretty much self-diagnosed, like I have super tight hip flexors, my bum sticks out and my belly pokes out.
      It causes some lower-back pain after standing or walking a lot because even though I force myself into proper posture, my legs simply can't stretch back into a normal step unless I rotate the hips forward.
      I feel like it's slowly improving though, I'm stretching hip flexors and quads and doing glute bridges, but I thought it'd just be good to have one of your nice chilled stretch routine videos or something targeting all the key areas!

    • @YogaDose
      @YogaDose  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      The current thinking from what Ive been told is that you wouldn't try to correct the curve, but just work on opening the hips and strengthening the glutes and hamstrings.

  • @vebazzo21

    Thanks for the video. You are great! I am not flexible enough to put my palms on the mat when my legs are stretched, so many of the poses and transitioning between poses are impossible to me. How should I do it instead and what are the best exercises to achieve this flexibility quickly?

    • @YogaDose
      @YogaDose  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you. I recommend putting blocks under your hands if you want to practice like in the video steeping form down dog. Or, you could just stand up and step from tadasana (standing mountain) into the postures as well. Hope this helps.

    Hello Tim, I felt the same as Nicole Groch. This is a beautiful routine but it feels a little bit rushed. It misses a bit of a flow. I do not aim to sound critical here. You are doing a great job. It is hard to do a short video and pack it with all the good stuff.
    Thank you.

    Hey Tim, any chance of a practise specifically for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Leslie Fightmaster introduces one which is OK but interested to know if there's any ideas you have) as the sport is very core based. Thanks!
