    Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I'm going to take you through this 15 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. We'll finish our class together with a few rounds of Box Breath - Sama Vritti Pranayama.
    This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you're experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. We'll start with a bit of mindful breathing before going into our yoga poses. Enjoy!

      Same here my G! Fu*king bliss. That stuff makes me sometimes cry like a little 🐱 but at the same time help me to start my day earlier and feel better. Worth a shot. Just stick to it for few days until it becomes a habit!

    I used to be pretty active.
    I gained a lot of weight and unfortunately became quite sedentary. I saw this video and thought 15 minutes. I can try 15 minutes. Well it was wonderful. I have tears streaming down my face right now as I am so filled with gratitude. Thank you for setting attainable goal for me. I am filled with a lot of hope right now.

    I did this flow after work and let me just say I had a terrible day and was so stressed out just now. Plus a poor night's sleep that just made me irritable and unable to cope with my stressful day. Then I did this flow and just felt it all melt away.     Thank you SO much for all of your wonderful classes. They have completely transformed neck and lower back issues that I was having and made such a difference to my wellbeing.     I think I want to do yoga every morning before work. It’s really nice to let to tension and stress go. I like yoga because I know it’s still working out my body without all the heavy lifting

    this felt great! i haven’t practiced in about a year now and i’m trying to move my body more. so tired of being stagnant. i broke out my yoga mat for the first time in ages and did this flow right after waking up, before i have to start getting ready for the day. i searched for a lot of videos before this, and i’m more than pleased that i was lead here. i’ll be returning to this video tomorrow morning! i’m hopeful that i’ll be able to stay consistent and become more mobile and flexible over time. thank you 🖤

    trying to stop smoking weed and sort my life out at uni. your channel is amazing and has given me some amazing yoga workouts to avoid smoking. i was a daily smoker for 5 years, my goal is a minimum of 75 days.

    I had just finished and sat up to do the breathing technique when my dog started rooting around in the blankets on the couch. He was really on a mission! Made so much noise I started to crack up and couldn't be serious anymore. He and Kassandra are good medicine.

    The stretches were good for my body. The breathing exercise at the end of the stretches was excellent. It's the first time in a long time that I have been able to completely silence my mind and concentrate,wish it was longer. Thank you so much Kassandra 🙏❤❤❤

    Love this flow, I was a very active yogi for the past few years after the birth of my second baby, but then was suddenly diagnosed with a leaky heart valve last year that led to heart surgery and a slow recovery, I am still working towards healing but finding your flows that are truly gentle and focused more on mind body have been so amazing for me. Thank you!
