    I really like the shorter 15-20 minute flows. My life is...complicated...right now. I really NEED to do yoga, but it's hard to find time for 30+ minutes. This was really lovely. Thank you.

      Yes, I’m in the same situation. Just not enough time in the day, and unfortunately due to my job I have to do more cardio than yoga. These 15-20 minute flows are great for a post 30-45 min cardio.

    Hey Tim, I have to agree with many of the comments. Having a shorter flow was just right. The twists focus with balance work and hip opening at the end was just right. I’ll save this video for mornings when I’ve got limited practice time. A few more would be lovely. Thank you for all you do!!

    For some reason that I still don’t know I stopped doing yoga for more than a year.
    These 15-20 minutes videos are perfect to make a rebound

    I'm adding another comment just to say how great it is to have this flow to call up in the morning. Its been a godsend especially this week during these busy times when you really want to fit in some yoga but there is so much to do!! Thank you Tim for posting this, its been just perfect and I've done it almost every day :)

    I love your channel so far. I really appreciate having the option for both longer and shorter classes. In the morning I only have 20 minutes but often do a longer practice in the evening. I really like your simple style and how you explain the best way to do a movement safely for your body!

    This shorter flow is great, especially when time is pressing. I find it's better to do a shorter session rather than cut a longer session - it's never the same. Thanks so much Tim.

    I LOVE these. I find with the longer session I run out of energy to do the more challenging poses. With these I can pause and practice things that need more attention, which is great because you come up with lots of good stuff I've never done before. The shorter sessions give me the time to explore where I need work.

    This was a really nice class, one of my favourites of your shorter classes. However I would also really appreciate a short class, with less but longer poses and more focus on breath. Poses still could be challenging, but there would be more time to breath through them. Sometimes we just need to slow down even though we don’t have too much time. Would you be so kind to make one day such a class? Thank you very much for all your effort, positivity and helpful classes, Tim! :)

    This was such a great practice. Thank you Tim! So efficient - I do this either in the mornings when I don't have much time, or sometimes as a warmup before a longer activity (surf, golf, bike, etc.) on the weekends. SO great for injury prevention and maintenance. MORE PLEASE!!

    This was great, Tim. With all the holiday prep work, I haven’t done yoga in a week and this was just what I needed to get back in the groove. Usually, 25-35 min is my sweet spot, but these shorter practices are really nice to have in the mix too. Thank you!

    I really liked this; challenging but also allowed me to feel warmed up. I definitely would like to see more of these short workouts. I'm trying to get into a morning practice routine and, knowing myself, starting with something shorter and achievable will help me build towards a longer morning practice. Bring them on Tim!

    A nice quick flow for when I'm already late for an appointment! My optimal length for a session is 45 minutes or so, but it is nice to have a few of these for rushed mornings. Thank you!

    This was a great short class for the morning you need a little something but don't have time. Will also be great for the afternoon stretch after long sitting meetings. This class proved that my left hip is less flexible. Need to work on my left hip flexibility. Any additional insight or class work greatly appreciated. A few more like this will add great opportunities to stretch through the day. Thanks for another great class.

    It's great to have some of these shorter classes to choose from. Love the longer ones but since I'll getting up before work at 06:00 in the morning this year it's nice to know I'll be able to get quick sessions in without having to lose too much sleep over it, literally.

    Short flow but I didn't feel like I was shorted at all, still got the blood pumping. It is good to have to have a choice between longer and shorter classes, sometimes I don't have 40-45 minutes. Thanks Tim.

    This class was great and yes, would like more short classes as just returning to yoga. Really helping to open back up to all aspects of the practice as I surrender to yoga at home instead of in person. You do a wonderful job in this medium.

    So good - love the quicker flows since I have 2 kids and must do yoga to manage my chronic back pain. Then if I have extra time I can always keep going! Thanks Tim namaste.

    Big fan of these short work outs Tim! Been doing a lot of your workouts and challenges in quarantine and love yoga now. These shorts workouts are perfect for before work / lunch time quick takes but it would be awesome if you can do a a series with a bit more strengthening exercises! Thanks Tim love your stuff!

    I’m just back home after a month away with no yoga 😩. 20minutes is about all I can manage, but m looking forward to getting back to the longer classes. A mix of both is ideal. Thanks for these classes.

    I was so excited to see a short class from you! It was a perfect way to wake up today. As always, fabulous instruction and energy. And I was able to hold crow pose for the whole 5 breaths! Thanks for the challenge and the positivity. Definitely add more short classes please!

    Because I moved my computer to the bedroom to make room for the Christmas tree, I tried this from my bed. I don't recommend yoga from the bed. I hit my head on the ceiling ( I have a small house and a tall bed), I fell over multiple times. The positive thing was, it was a soft fall. No worries, I love this yoga flow. I plan on returning to my living room. Thank you Tim!
