    I have this sinusitis problem for more than 20 years, despite getting treatment from Allopathic and homeopathic treatments.
    It has affected my breathing capacity (shallow breathing), headaches , not feeling energetic , ear pain etc.
    Along with this current video , have you posted other yoga which can relieve my problem ?

    pls suggest. mi from 3 month i was pain. with lower back pain i went 4 massage 6 days i felt nice aftr massage 2 week aftr i have to strd again my clasess for yoga so can i teach like surya extension in yoga when i have pain but now nt very sharp like be for. ???
