Silent Hill 2 - Otherworld Shift at Brookhaven Hospital

James is locked inside the examination room and attacked by three creatures, representing Mary's bedridden state and her verbal abuse that hurt him for so long. A siren is heard in the distance, and James seems to pass out, fall on his back and get carried on a gurney through a nonexistant hallway...
This is the only traditional shift experienced in Silent Hill 2.
