I love how she isn't skinny, she is fit. She doesn't look like the typical model. You can see in her stomach area how she looked curvy and fit not just bones. She is an inspiration for those wanting to get fit

- 3 minutes of jumping (normal and then fast)
- 60 seconds jumping with knees up
- 60 seconds of double turn
- 64 times each arm Jab, upper cut, hook, jab (normal and then fast)
- 60 seconds each side of sort of a squat but with feet up and with a stick pushing forward and towards you
- Slipping punches

Adriana is from Brazil's Northwest and people from here have a really strong accent even when speaking Portuguese, with English is a lot worst. I'm from the Northwest too, and if you don't start learning English from a very young age, like 7 years old, you will probably never be able to totally lose your accent, because, believe, we have a STRONG accent.
It's just her accent...and it's what makes her unique and that much more attractive

It's very dangerous. I think it's not right to show that exercise in the video. They are experts and they know how to do it correctly so I that they won't get hurt but people who watch it at home don't, so I think it's not a good idea to try that at home.!

I really hate to compare between the models but i think this time i won't .. a lot say that candice body is better than adri body but wait a second the only thing that is good in her body is her waist and it used to be good but now it's meeh plus she is 26 and has never got pregnant or squeezed 2 children out from her V . for me adriana's body is better her legs and thighs are better than candice same goes for her arms collars boobs and boobies so ... adri wins
