BUT I'm also lazy af and once I reach my desired body shape I'm like wth why should I even keep working out my hips and butt look amazing! and BAM two weeks later I can't fit into my pants. Tl;dr: It totally works as long as you're committed to doing it every day.
I first found this video 7 years ago, and I did this about three times every day in the summer. I lost 9 kgs + got much stronger in my legs and my butt looked really good as well. For some reason I stopped doing this, and my body slowly started getting worse because of unhealthy habits and other personal issues. But now I’m starting this again. I did this first time yesterday, and I recommend within the first week to build up to doing this at least 4 times a day. My diet 7 years ago when I did this workout ONLY, consisted of grapefruit in the morning, hummus+celery+yoghurt for lunch and broccoli, chicken and rice for dinner. Good luck everyone!
I started this workout 8 days ago also added 60 donkey kicks and 60 squats and my butt has gotten more plump and I noticed my legs are firmer! I really recommend this workout!
This is the first workout I actually liked. 1. It is short and I don't get bored. 2. It wasn't so bad, probably because I already have some leg muscles. 3. I didn't feel so weird doing it because it didn't involve dancing or a lot of good posture. I doubt it'll make me achieve anything, though.

The wide leg squats are plies in ballet, the leg lifts are arabesques in ballet and the jumping in and out are called sautes in ballet. It's best to keep your back straight in all of them and hips turned out!
Speaking from personal experience, this workout is perfect for newbies. This is a good starter workout but NOT for a total workout. The best this can do is provide a 10 minute full body work if you're pressed for time or in need of an intro to a high intensity excercise but I repeat YOU CANNOT LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT with this in a short amount of time. When your body gets used to this you have to find a much harder workout because the intial results you will get wont stick around forever. I advise people to start with a warm up video that you can find on youtube and then do this video and eventually pair this up with other work out videos to increase the difficulty as you progress. The worst thing is to expect quick and easy results since its different for everyone. Keep your focus on your progress, eat the right foods with the right portions, breathe right, keep your back straight, and good luck! Your dream bod may not come right away, but its worth it to not rush yourself. The worst that can happen is getting injured.
I did this workout just starting out my weight loss journey(at 300lbs) and still doing it after losing half that weight. I gained 30 lbs due to having a baby, BUT I am on the wagon again and using this video! It is so good for all sizes and levels of fitness as you can modify it! I also use dumbbells for the fly outs to add to the resistance and burn more calories!
Hey everyone. I just wanted to share my experience with this exercise regime. I have been doing these exercises AFTER jogging nearly EVERYDAY for more than a month now and I have lost an inch off my butt and waist. Of course, I also curbed my junk food consumption (NO FAT/HIGH CALORIE food). I'm really happy with how my body looks right now, my thighs look toned and my cellulite no longer looks awful. So, don't give up people! It might work for you too :)
***** high protein is bullshit. Im a vegan. I feel great. Ever seen freelee the banana girl. She's fit as fuck and a lot fat high carb high calorie vegan. I dont calorie restrict. Fats are unnecessary. You only need about 5% of a 2,000 calorie diet. Eating meat, is unnecessary. There is plenty of protein in plant based foods. Meat is also high in cholesterol, causes diabetes, and it leads to obesity. To really slim down, go on Raw till 4 and do this workout everyday. Thats a healthy lifestyle.
Been doing this for 3 months straight 5 times a week and so far I've lost 14 pounds. (Along with drinking only water.) love this workout. Not too hard, but efficient.
I usually don't like to comment a lot but I must say I loved this! The timer keeps me in check. I managed to pull myself through this even when I felt it in my lower back! Absolutely wonderful. I feel great after the workout.

Georgia Williams the plié jumps still gets me but not as bad. it took a little over a week (doing it 5 - 6 times a week) for me to acclimate to this exercise. and for me, i feel less dead when i jog in place for a minute or two to catch my breath before completely stopping.
I have been doing this work out for the last 1 months and a half aleast 3 times a week. I ate healthy half of the week. I wasn't sure if it would give results. However I must say my thighs are much slimmer and over-all I have lost weight. Only 10 mins per day, I will continue to do this work out alongside another short work out until the end of summer for max results. It is fab, good for mental health and general health all over.
i do saitama's workout. Anyone who are interested in it and seek challenge in life can do it. Very simple regime its as follows step 1. 100 push-ups step 2. 100 sit-ups step 3. 100 squats final and vital step. 10 km run do this everyday and you'll see the results in a few weeks.
pink cookie I have no clue, I don't really go by weight cuz I'm already happy with that, I just go by what I see and my stomach looked more toned than usual and my butt a bit better
Great workout! It was low-impact enough that I could handle it on a day when I didn't have full energy. I like how the exercises alternate between bigger movements and more stationary movements. The reps always ended just before I would've stopped for a break. The plie jumps at the end were the hardest for me. I will definitely keep this one in my rotation.
I've been doing this workout for about two weeks every five days and I'm seeing great results! I thought it was getting too easy for me, so I added some 5 pound ankle weights and little 2 1/2 pound dumbbells.
When I first did this, like a year ago (or more), I was breathless because of this workout. Now a year later, I'm like 'okay so I was breathless because of this??!' My endurance is much higher than it used to be and I'm happy to see the difference between a year. Ofcourse I didn't workout everyday, but at the beginning of this year, I was really trying to workout a lot more and I love doing workouts now and I love to do this one as a 'warming up' because I don't see this as hard anymore. I just want to say: start today and not tommorow. Like this might be tough right now, or not, but in a few weeks, a few months, a few years, this will be easy I promiss. Just keep going because you can do this and never give up. You'll be so happy

This was a great quick workout. Broke a sweat so I wouldn't recommend it for a quick office workout on your break, but definitely dedicate ten minutes a day to doing this whether you are trying to lose weight or just keep healthy and active.

For everyone wondering if this works- it really does! For the past two and a half weeks I have been doing this 5/6 days a week along with eating healthier, ab workouts, and lifting weights. How do you stay motivated? Usually when i try eating healthier i just eat healthy for a couple of days and do some kind of sport but then I'm just tired of that and start eating sweets again.. Can you help me in some way? I really need to get rid of my leg and bellyfat 🙁
+Julia Kozisnik I try to find foods that I enjoy eating! Edamame is my favorite healthy snack and packed with protein. And you don't have to eat vegetables you hate! For example, I don't like brussel sprouts, but I like green beans. Also, get rid of the sweets you have! They won't tempt you if they're not around :)
I've been doing this almost every day for the past month, and it's already so much easier! I had to stop for a break so many times at the beginning, and now I can do the full ten minutes (except for the dead lift one, which my puppy has decided is a fun game, so I repeat another exercise instead). Sometimes I add wrist weights, and then it's good for my arms, too. I've got to get stronger so I can keep carrying my pup around like a baby when he's full grown. :)
After just two weeks of this and the other, my legs FINALLY downsized. My bottom half is sooo stubborn. I am thankful for these fitsugar workouts. They certainly work the muscles in areas not usually worked.
You will definitely see results, but keep in mind that you need a healthy diet as well. Diet is actually the most important part, not workouts. Yes, they are both needed, but 'abs are made in the gym, but seen in the kitchen'. Try doing this 3-4x a week and results will start to come in.
i remember a few months back i did this everyday(now starting again), and you start to see changes every week and subtle weight loss each week too (along with a good diet). I noticed my body looking more shapely for legs and butt every week:) if that helps anyone.
I have been doing this for 2 months +(From 16th July until now) . I did 10 minutes of this, 20 minutes power walk & 1 minute elbow plank + 1 minute full plank. Results : from size 8 (US) to size 4 (US). I am happy.
I do this workout after my 30 minute walk on the treadmill (going about 2.6 mph) and I have lost over 17 lbs in about 2 months! of course along with healthy eating.
I am doing this every day for about 2 weeks combined with a diet and i see mayor difference in my thighs they are getting rounder and bigger and my booty is getting bubble-ish and toning in my stomach so it really works. My diet contains: tons of water, spinach, cabbage, ricewaffles, broccoli, chickpeas, sometimes fish but no meat no added oils or salt, and it works very well for me and i've lost some weight my goal is to do this workout for a month and i"ll tell you guys the results 🙂
I love the Pop Sugar channel! There is so much variety in the workouts, and the trainers. This was a fun, and at times intense workout! I did a quick warm-up first, then I used this workout to get a little lower body movement, before moving on to my 45-min upper body strength/cardio workout. I liked this, and felt like it rounded out my overall workout very nicely.
This was great when i wanted to feel like I have a long workout... it took 10 minutes and I was sweating right away!! Keep them coming and I'll keep coming back!! TIME is of the essence!!! Loved it!!

I love this workout! I've been doing this for a month now (along with a few other easy workouts) and the results are amazing so far. My body is a lot stronger and that gives me motivation to continue working out.
Loved this! Unfortunately, I cannot do the plie jumps. Three herniated discs in my lower back, so my PT said NO JUMPING. I was able to modify it though. This ex-ballerina loves it!
Day 7 my body feels different :) i've seen a massive improvement in my calves and thighs, I've also been doing lots of blogilates (check out her channel) I've been snacking on junk quite a lot though...
I do this before every shower!! Saw results within the first week!! Really suggest trying this( or any youtube workouts) its only 10 minutes and the time flys by! The first time i did it I was drenched in sweat but i felt really great!
To those of you who are in shape cardio wise, I can see why this would be easy. I am not out of shape looks wise per say, but cardio wise, I am. I am 5'2 and I weight 125 and while that may not seem like a lot, for the way I'm built, it ain't cute. This workout kicked my ass and I thought it was pretty awesome. My goal is to be bikini ready by spring break and I'm gonna continue to work my butt of for it!
I lost 9-10 kilos when I was 17 in 3 months doing this workout once or twice every day and following a strict diet, so I'm trying it again now, 4 years later haha
Loving this workout! I remember doing it for the first time and I stopped at the first 1minute movement, now doing it over 3 times, I can do it the whole 10mins without stopping! And I sweat even after 10mins of not doing the workout
I am 68 years old and have been a marathon runner my whole life...Andrea's quick workouts are the best, a customer of mine told me about her. Who doesn't have 10-20 minutes, especially now! Just do it! I do her 2 workouts everyday and am amazed at the results...you will love, love your arms! Don't wait for motivation, just do it!

Hi guys, ive been doing this for a week already. With breaks in between of course, meaning i've done this for 7 days but not consecutively. I manage to lose roughly 1 kg after a week of doing this. I ate clean tho. Maintained 1200 calories or below per day. As for my legs, i managed to see it much toned up than it used to be (flabby and disgusting) My mum joined me for 3 days consecutively and said that her panta got looser afterwards. Of course, i added a few other workouts in my routine. This workout followed by another 10mins thigh workout and an alexis ren ab workout. I hope to update over a few more weeks. Lets motivate one another!
I think this is the first time I am posting a comment under a workout video. This workout doesn't make us hate the workout with the breathless jumps and cardio but it still makes our heart beat up . One of my favourite workout.

However I must say my thighs are much slimmer and over-all I have lost weight. Only 10 mins per day, I will continue to do this work out alongside another short work out until the end of summer for max results. It is fab, good for mental health and general health all over.

Very simple regime its as follows
step 1. 100 push-ups
step 2. 100 sit-ups
step 3. 100 squats
final and vital step. 10 km run
do this everyday and you'll see the results in a few weeks.

Great workout! It was low-impact enough that I could handle it on a day when I didn't have full energy. I like how the exercises alternate between bigger movements and more stationary movements. The reps always ended just before I would've stopped for a break. The plie jumps at the end were the hardest for me. I will definitely keep this one in my rotation.
this is important, for minimal pain you must stretch your full body very well before and after otherwise you will be sore for at least a couple days

I've been doing this workout for about two weeks every five days and I'm seeing great results! I thought it was getting too easy for me, so I added some 5 pound ankle weights and little 2 1/2 pound dumbbells.

When I first did this, like a year ago (or more), I was breathless because of this workout. Now a year later, I'm like 'okay so I was breathless because of this??!' My endurance is much higher than it used to be and I'm happy to see the difference between a year. Ofcourse I didn't workout everyday, but at the beginning of this year, I was really trying to workout a lot more and I love doing workouts now and I love to do this one as a 'warming up' because I don't see this as hard anymore. I just want to say: start today and not tommorow. Like this might be tough right now, or not, but in a few weeks, a few months, a few years, this will be easy I promiss. Just keep going because you can do this and never give up. You'll be so happy

This is my favorite work out video of all time. I discovered this yrs ago and I always keep on coming back. The difference is, now I notice there is ad.. And interrupts the work out.
This was a great quick workout. Broke a sweat so I wouldn't recommend it for a quick office workout on your break, but definitely dedicate ten minutes a day to doing this whether you are trying to lose weight or just keep healthy and active.

For everyone wondering if this works- it really does! For the past two and a half weeks I have been doing this 5/6 days a week along with eating healthier, ab workouts, and lifting weights. So far, I have lost 9 pounds! I also have lost inches off of my waist, stomach, and thighs! This is such a good workout! Just let me know if you all have any questions :)

How do you stay motivated? Usually when i try eating healthier i just eat healthy for a couple of days and do some kind of sport but then I'm just tired of that and start eating sweets again.. Can you help me in some way? I really need to get rid of my leg and bellyfat 🙁

+Julia Kozisnik I try to find foods that I enjoy eating! Edamame is my favorite healthy snack and packed with protein. And you don't have to eat vegetables you hate! For example, I don't like brussel sprouts, but I like green beans. Also, get rid of the sweets you have! They won't tempt you if they're not around :)
I've been doing this almost every day for the past month, and it's already so much easier! I had to stop for a break so many times at the beginning, and now I can do the full ten minutes (except for the dead lift one, which my puppy has decided is a fun game, so I repeat another exercise instead). Sometimes I add wrist weights, and then it's good for my arms, too. I've got to get stronger so I can keep carrying my pup around like a baby when he's full grown. :)

After just two weeks of this and the other, my legs FINALLY downsized. My bottom half is sooo stubborn. I am thankful for these fitsugar workouts. They certainly work the muscles in areas not usually worked.

You will definitely see results, but keep in mind that you need a healthy diet as well.
Diet is actually the most important part, not workouts. Yes, they are both needed, but 'abs are made in the gym, but seen in the kitchen'. Try doing this 3-4x a week and results will start to come in.
i remember a few months back i did this everyday(now starting again), and you start to see changes every week and subtle weight loss each week too (along with a good diet). I noticed my body looking more shapely for legs and butt every week:) if that helps anyone.

I have been doing this for 2 months +(From 16th July until now) . I did 10 minutes of this, 20 minutes power walk & 1 minute elbow plank + 1 minute full plank. Results : from size 8 (US) to size 4 (US). I am happy.
I do this workout after my 30 minute walk on the treadmill (going about 2.6 mph) and I have lost over 17 lbs in about 2 months! of course along with healthy eating.

I am doing this every day for about 2 weeks combined with a diet and i see mayor difference in my thighs they are getting rounder and bigger and my booty is getting bubble-ish and toning in my stomach so it really works. My diet contains: tons of water, spinach, cabbage, ricewaffles, broccoli, chickpeas, sometimes fish but no meat no added oils or salt, and it works very well for me and i've lost some weight my goal is to do this workout for a month and i"ll tell you guys the results 🙂
I love the Pop Sugar channel! There is so much variety in the workouts, and the trainers. This was a fun, and at times intense workout! I did a quick warm-up first, then I used this workout to get a little lower body movement, before moving on to my 45-min upper body strength/cardio workout. I liked this, and felt like it rounded out my overall workout very nicely.
Okay I'm doing this twice everyday for a month starting tomorrow (taking few rest days)

Loved this! Unfortunately, I cannot do the plie jumps. Three herniated discs in my lower back, so my PT said NO JUMPING. I was able to modify it though. This ex-ballerina loves it!

I do this before every shower!! Saw results within the first week!! Really suggest trying this( or any youtube workouts) its only 10 minutes and the time flys by! The first time i did it I was drenched in sweat but i felt really great!
To those of you who are in shape cardio wise, I can see why this would be easy. I am not out of shape looks wise per say, but cardio wise, I am. I am 5'2 and I weight 125 and while that may not seem like a lot, for the way I'm built, it ain't cute. This workout kicked my ass and I thought it was pretty awesome. My goal is to be bikini ready by spring break and I'm gonna continue to work my butt of for it!
I lost 9-10 kilos when I was 17 in 3 months doing this workout once or twice every day and following a strict diet, so I'm trying it again now, 4 years later haha

Loving this workout! I remember doing it for the first time and I stopped at the first 1minute movement, now doing it over 3 times, I can do it the whole 10mins without stopping! And I sweat even after 10mins of not doing the workout
I am 68 years old and have been a marathon runner my whole life...Andrea's quick workouts are the best, a customer of mine told me about her. Who doesn't have 10-20 minutes, especially now! Just do it! I do her 2 workouts everyday and am amazed at the results...you will love, love your arms! Don't wait for motivation, just do it!

I did it 3 timed in a row, resting for 2 mins in between. 30 minutes in total and my legs and bum burn! Hope to see some results soon! 😁💜

Hi guys, ive been doing this for a week already. With breaks in between of course, meaning i've done this for 7 days but not consecutively. I manage to lose roughly 1 kg after a week of doing this. I ate clean tho. Maintained 1200 calories or below per day.
As for my legs, i managed to see it much toned up than it used to be (flabby and disgusting)
My mum joined me for 3 days consecutively and said that her panta got looser afterwards.
Of course, i added a few other workouts in my routine.
This workout followed by another 10mins thigh workout and an alexis ren ab workout.
I hope to update over a few more weeks.

Here I am again my go to workout I let myself go last year and I’m back trying to get in shape for my hols I never get tired of this I try others but still love this one eating and healthy diet and doing this loosing a steady pound a week I’m 63 with health issues
You know that life's unfair when you could finish a 250 calorie snickers bar, and only lose 100 calories in excruciatingly painful 10 minutes. T_T
