for people who are new. it is okay to feel like you can’t relax. it is okay to have many thoughts even ones that feel like they are horrible. it is part of the human experience.

I love this mediation so much! I’m only 16 and I’ve been dealing with dpdr for about 5 months now. It’s so hard and gets tiring. Pleaseeeee make more mediation videos to turn back to!! And also more tips and motivational videos that help remind me that I have control and that I’m safe! I love your videos so much! Thank you for this mediation!

Hey I'm the same way. Im newly 17 and sometimes I forget the healing techniques and am still learning how to heal from dpdr. I hope this message can remind you that you aren't alone and I hope you know that we are both so strong for overcoming this. :)

Would you relate to this and tell me what could I do?

    • @robinschindelka2117

yes I did, mindfulness and meditation helped me the most. Sitting with your anxiety, accepting it and embracing it makes it smaller and makes it go away. Resisting and fighting it makes it bigger and this is how I managed to recover, by fully accepting it.
