You may have saved my life. I’ve been struggling with an existential crisis and have been searching for any reason to be here. I did your meditation and was laughing to myself at the end of it! I know I may feel those fears and anxieties again, but I’m so grateful to have this tool. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this. You are such a blessing to this world.

Thank you for this. Every so often I get feelings of derealization caused by flashbacks and usually I have to fall asleep with all my anxiety and wake up all over again. It's been getting more and more difficult to fall asleep so I can reset when this happens and this meditation has calmed the anxiety enough for me to feel safe enough to fall asleep. i've been thinking about the meaning of life for so long now, it's keeping me away from living in the present. even in the present i'm always thinking how this won't matter in hours, and i eventually going to forget everything. it's so bad and i'm so tired of overthinking every second. thank you for this, now i repeat myself that i'm safe, i'm home, i'm exactly were i supposed to be and there's nothing to worry about. memories will always stay in me. and the meaning is to simply make the most of living the human experience. and that's good. that's okay 🥹

I'm going through some really hard times, experiencing dp/dr in a really strong and terrifying way due to benzodiacepine abstinence syndrome (been taking them for years to cope with ptsd, and stopped taking them too fast :c)
Anyway, I am aware that I will get better (probably even in a natural way) but as I go through this difficult proccess, this kind of things help me calm down a lottle bit :)
It's the first time I do this, and will try to make it everyday.
    Thanks a lot 🙏

Thank you. Wasn’t feeling too awful but had the same existential thoughts and felt like I wanted to smoke weed (been dealing with some addiction for the last year). I felt like I didn’t want to be in this moment. This meditation brought me to the current moment and I swear I felt every sensation in my body. I didn’t feel like a shell of worry and doubt but a full human being with many sensations and feelings going on at the same time. This made me feel I had everything I needed and I don’t feel that way very often. Love the feeling. It feels like home.

Thank you for this amazing meditation. I will start soon some coaching with you because you really inspire me and show me there is hope to heal. I am living in dpdr since eight months, depression and anxiety followed, but what really is painful is that I feel always like a rock on my heart and my body is really in tension, most of all the shoulders and the neck...I try to do yoga everyday but the thought that my body is not real and nothing is real doesn't help me to feel better and go through the process. Anyway, I don't want to lose hopes, I know I can do this and I want to feel better! Hi Robin, thank you very much for this much needed content and technique. If I can kindly give one idea: during the affirmation phase after repeating the phrases twice, it would be best to minimize the voice guide as it can distract some people from the affirmation exercise if they are meditating together with the video playing.

    • @seftaliaromali
