Bugout is a cheaply made knife.
@@edsaban572 Yeah the base model is the one for like 130 something or 140 something with the cheap plastic G 10 scales there’s also carbon fiber version a aluminum version then they also make a titanium scales so there are better versions of the night that are made honestly I would go with a 940 or a super freak by bench made over the bug out for sure but a lot of people love them I thought about getting one to try out but I don’t know it’s a small knife and there’s no way I would want to keep the G10 scales But honestly the #PMT or Pam three is where it’s at

Custom CRK’s would be awesome. I enjoyed the focus on customizing knives and think if you narrowed to brands instead of just a certain knife from a brand you’d get more submission. Enjoyed the video. Nice work as always.

I just scored the Tanto PM2 with M4 for cost it was the first time I got lucky on EBay buying a knife in awhile.

Doing my Pm2 in lime green scales with blue anodized titanium hardware, back spacer and pocket clip. The blade is black S30v. I think it'll look good

The Bugout’s probably second most customized knife, but it’s probably the most polarizing on the Discord, lol. Actually the Para 3 might be more customized, and Bugout is third, I dunno. But definitely liking this theme. 🙌🏽👍🏽

Question. Is there any way to protect a copper washed blade? Like keep it from getting a patina. Or could you polish the copper wash to get it back to its original shine?
Those are sweet I just ordered a custom form knives plus I usually do it myself but it was cheaper to buy it pre custom. It has an acid stonewashed blade their Damascus carbon fiber scales and all black titanium hardware. I have a para 3 but no collection is complete without a para 2 lol

The Elementum, harder to customize just buying parts, you have to be creative and even creative with your mods :)

Great video man, I wish I had a PM2 to send in a submission photo but not quite there yet as I’m still building the edc up on a mechanic’s wage. I just wanted to say thanks for what you do, you have helped me find a lot of really great gear ( popov wallet, ferrum forge stinger, Prometheus beta flashie, etc.) as well as a hobby that is quickly growing into an obsession. I joined the discord about 2 months ago and It’s helped me learn about, and find cool gear in a huge way. Awesome community, I love looking at the classifieds and makers and photos tabs every day in the morning and on my lunch break. I watch all the videos, listen to all the podcasts, and I wanted to just thank you for what you do man.

I'm all about modded Manix 2s right now. Rocking a 20cv Manix with ti Flytanium scales and a brass lock cage. Looking into a RGT standard clip and modding a brass flytanium pm2 lanyard tube to fit

Is kizer's micarta a good representation of micarta in general? Picked up a sheepdog xl micarta and if this is typical of the material then i really don't get the hype. Is there some other iteration i should try?
I carry a PM2 everyday always seems to make the rotation over all others.
If you do do another professions themed video sometime and it hasn’t already been done I wanna see some people’s restaurant/service industry carries. I want to see if there’s anything I’ve never thought about that would be handy to me. And any other line cooks, Kershaw pt-1. It’s great for opening cases of bagged product. It’ll poke through the tape but not the bags and good for scraping crap up.

Do some Civivi. To me the bang for the buck is fantastic! I have the Asticus. An brawn. I believe it is. And they both come with nice deep pkcket clips very thin, great carry, an I could go on! Lol thanks.
I have 3 PM2's and none of them are stock. And they are pretty much all blue, just like most of my knives. Lol. When Spyderco releases that crucarta PM2 I will most likely keep that one as is except for the clip. The fully lined micarta will be cool.

Just picked up a para 2 with cruwear and brown Micarta and was thinking about doing a set of white store fat carbon fiber scales as well as a matching pocket clip and titanium hardware anodized in a light blue and on those skills I'm going to see if I can get those with a lanyard hold delete so either I'm going to do that to this knife or grab a k390 and do it to that. The thinking behind this not all people starting out customizing their own e.d.c. Throw a lot of capital at them, they are usually, acquired over time, or received as gifts... and we customize them for our own preferences...
Edc knife for work! I have a Benchmade Griptilan, stainless blade. Beat the piss out of it for 20 years now. Cheap, won't break, because of the crappy stainless blade.
