It was a TH-cam video of someone’s Spyderco Paramilitary 2 collection that got me interested. Only recently I started collecting Spyderco PM2s and now in less than a year I’ve bought 5 (all from BladeHQ). I started with the PM2 Camo CPM S30V with DLC then it was the Burple w/CPM S110V then 2 more Burples for gifts, but the 1 I really wanted but couldn’t get was the black carbon fiber from a past sprint run. THEN, today much to my surprise I see in my email from BladeHQ a new black carbon fiber PM2 w/52100. I ordered it without hesitation and now the waiting game begins. Spencer’s PM2 collection is the largest and best I’ve seen. The idea to collect mostly for different steels is ingenious. Most of the TH-cam videos of PM2 collections are based on exclusive or sprint runs and none come close to the 16 blades Spencer collected.

I enjoyed this. Have my PM2 with camo g10 s30v with dlc coating. Been my steady edc since I received it. Also allowed me to close out my need to buy pocket folders. Added funds to my fixed blade options.

Pm2 is the best edc knife ever made. Now other more expensive knifes with more "superior" steel may make better over all knifes. But this is your every day user that looks good, feels good and of great quality and tolerances.
I'm buying the digicam version tomorrow off someone, I hope it's proper, should be I had someone look at the photos, seems good. I cannot wait for my first Para 2, have wanted one for so long.

I have got the 5200 the 35 and the 110. I need more.And I have the spring run with the job bone handles. I do the same thing.
This guy is insanely talented when it comes to anodizing. Does he do custom work, or take requests? He'd make a killing.

Spencer probably gets a nice discount. Especially on factory seconds. Most people don't own 16 PM 2's. I have 3 right now. Picking out a 4th. Great knife. Just exceeds most peoples budget. Wish Spyderco would add an OD Green G10 scales and the DLC blade combo to the regular line up. I had to buy other brands to get that.

Love the Fallout scales, thumbs up. I have 5 PMs but I only carry my Elmax sprint with a Krein regrind(0.005 bth, it's a lazer), marble c.f. scales and a Ti 3D sculpted clip. It's one expensive PM2 but I love it. I want to get my Cruwear one reground thinner and slap on some c.f. scales on it.

Hey Guys; glad to see that you picked up Spencer to replace (what was his name?). Anyway, Spencer is definitely a knife guy, working for BladeHQ, Wife working for BladeHQ, both collecting Spyderco offerings. What more could we ask for a diligent replacement for 'what was his name'?!
I have 14 PM2's. My fav is the Blurple, w/ s110v. Man it stays sharp. I even took a common black one and ground the blade to be similar to the P3 model. Just could not help myself. But it is thicker in the point, and works fine....I don't have one in CF....damn, good thing for Christmas!

52100? Has spyderco lost their minds? It's literally the cheapest (as in cost) cutlery steel available and it rusts like crazy, cold steels drop forged hunter is made of that and it rusts worst than any carbon steel I've ever seen except one (65mn). To put that in a folding knife seems like spyderco trolling its customers.
Wondering if Mono Lakes environment is more corrosive than other places?

Just watched this one... new to this awesome channel (and Company) so I'm in catch up mode. I really like the consistent, yet nuanced, style of this collection.
