    I’m overweight and really trying so hard to find ways to trim my body a little. I’ve tried diet pills, Zumba, fasting, etc but they only gave me temporary weight loss. I gained back the weight I lost after I stopped. Then I started yoga (your yoga) and it’s been amazing. I feel lighter and more flexible eventhough I’m still on the heavy side. Thank you so much!

      you're doing good not giving up! try adding low carb diet (or ketogenic) & intermittent fasting in your lifestyle and see if it works for you. it did wonders for me not gaining back what unwanted weight I lost. also, I didn't have to do hi-intensity workouts anymore, just yoga with sarah's videos! but remember to transition at your own pace. that's how you can honor your body while you're working to get it healthier. 😉

      If u want to lose weight cardio is pointless you will not lose enough weight. Do yoga and weight lifting and you'll immediately see results.

    love this. would recommend to anyone stuck in quarantine. none of that Alexis Ren abs! Sarah Beth is where its at!! Did this every day for a whole week, now as ripped as the rock!     I really struggled through my yoga workout today. I'm on the heavier side and I've never really worked out before, so it's tough!     I’ve been doing this video along with others for ax few months, and I love the hollow body positions and my favorite is when our legs are pointed up and we bend 45 degrees and pull it back. I love your teaching style! 🥰

    Thought this was a great approach that uses exercises/poses i haven't done before but I definitely could feel. I'm just getting my core back in shape after a lot of downtime, so this was the perfect pace for me.

    Good workout for me. Rotator/bicep is torn and waiting on surgery. Had to find routines with minimal or zero resting on arms or in plank. This works and had some new to me stretches that we’re giving a slight burn. Never thought I would exercise for one hour every morning but here I am doing so.

    this was rlly good but it’s hard bc my neck always strains rlly badly even if i do it for a few seconds. i can handle the burn in my abs which i feel satisfied with its just the struggle of my neck :(

      You can try doing sitting exercises for abs so your not straining your neck, not sure if they have that for yoga tho

    That hurt my abdomen more than anything.. but it felt so darn good afterwards. Favorite routine so far, WOW!
