    I've had the worst tension headache today....which I have at least 3 times a week. debilitating, interfering with daily life kind of pain. I just sat down and did these exercises... NO MORE PAIN. immediately gone. thank you so much for this... I will be doing these daily if it can be a preventative as well.

    I've been coming back to this video many times every week for the past few years. It's my go-to for when my neck is tensing up or a migraine is on its way. If one time is not enough I simply do it twice in a row. It's given me so much relief and I am beyond thankful for this video and for Lauren. ❤

    love your videos. my neck still feels tender. just been to doctor for neck head shoulder pain and got horrible pain killers. will keep trying this as I'm sure it could take a few attempts to really loosen. don't know what i would do without this channel.

    I pray these exercises help me! Been in terrible neck @ shoulder pain from an injury one year ago! Can't afford to keep going to PT! I am going to try these every day. I also live with chronic low back pain from DDD also have Fibromyalgia! My pain level daily is 8-10! Been so hard living with chronic pain from my neck to my calves!!!! Please pray for healing for me! God bless and will keep you posted! I also need to lose 30-50 lbs!!!

    Huge help for my recent neck pain - nothing was found in the MRI or Xray so the doctor and physio simply reccommend pain management and getting stronger. Thanks again!

    that really helped , the 2nd strech on the left side had me a little pain so i repeated and held the stretch longer , headache is def going away , awesome video

    Thank you so much, this helped relieve my neck tension drastically. I woke up with a severely painful kink this morning and all throughout the work day I massaged my neck and shoulders but with little pain relief. Finally I turned to yoga and found this video.

    I did your yoga movements and I felt 6 pops in my neck .... I feel about 90 percent less tension in my neck and upper back,,,

    Today I woke up with one of the worst migraines I had. I did ice compressions, gentle massage, ate a bunch of pills. Nothing was helping. I remembered I have seen your video a while back, followed the routine with you with a few additional repeats and the pain is nearly gone. No more double vision or vertigo either. Thank you sooo much!

    That was amazing!! I have had terrible sharp pain in the neck especially in the part of the back of your head that connects to the neck. I went to a chiropractor and no help but this amazing did. I almanac wanted to cry that that pain was less, it is amazing. I have been pain for about a week and a half.

    I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder that comes back every few years. I usaully go to Physical therapy for it. Many of the stretches here are very similar to what my physical therapist has me do. Thank you! very nice.

    Thankyou for an easy and relaxing video to watch. I am not very flexible bit followed this without too much difficulty. Now we need a video on how to breathe because I simply can not get the breathing correct when following any yoga video :-)

    I had bronchitis for over a week and the coughing put a strain on my neck to the point that it hurt for days! I was in tears unable to get any relief from the pain, and then I found this video! It helped so much by releasing a lot of the tension and stretching the strained muscle. It still hurts, but not nearly as bad as it had and I can actuslly move my head and neck without wincing. I think I'll do this a few more times until the pain is gone.

    I have severe neck and shoulder pain that has plagued me for a year. I tried this today, I did not get instant relief (my muscles are so tense and knotted) but I think doing this 2-3 times a day for a couple weeks will bring results. These are some really good, yet gentle stretches. Thanks for sharing the video with us!

    Great video. Short and straight to the point.
    +Yoga TX You kept saying to exhale when coming back to center, although it's much easier to inhale to release. Any reason for this? It just felt awkward, but I'd like to learn.

    great video. I think there are many risks in rolling the head backwards (hyperextending) so I avoided that but the rest was great!!!
