The corn must be strong. I guess sweet corn is baby corn. That won't work hun

Can I use sweet corn to make pap? Would it retain it's sweetness after the fermentation?

The corn for papa must be strong enough not baby pap so you get enough paste from the corn. I guess sweet corn is baby corn. That won't work hun

I mistakenly boiled the fresh corn and added little salt to it, so i now thought of sun-drying the corn to make it very dry, can i still use it or not. Thanks

      Oupsss sorry about that!
If you boiled the corn already, then you definitely can't use it for pap/akamu as the fermentation process has already been disrupted. I'd advise you use that for a corn meal and use new raw corn, just wash and put in water to ferment for 2 to 3 days while changing the water every day.
It's Summer now, and places are pretty warm so the fermentation process will be fastened compared to during Winter where you can possibly use slightly warm water not hot water to fasten the fermentation process.
      Hope this helps?
Let me know if you have more questions 🤗❤️

Oh sorry about that. Perhaps you didn't blend it well. Try blending it and make sure it settles well
