    I LOVE THIS VIDEO. It's so exciting and an expression of what you know how to do best. I thought I wouldn't have pap until I return but you just made it more accessible. Thank you so much ma. God bless you and your family.

    Thanks for the video....its so expensive buying it in the shops here in London. I have soaked my corn starch and will let it ferment for 3 to 4 days but I will not change the water daily or do the last bit of making it so hard. I will let the water settle and store with its water mixed with juiced ginger and lime half in the fridge and the rest in ziplock. Nice video 👍🏾👏🏾❤

    Hey sis your video has just helped me... I have a 6 month old who has completely refused cereal and my milk supply is no longer enough...a family friend suggested pap for the baby but I wasn’t comfortable with just buying the Akamu from the African stores as I can’t speak to how neatly it was made so yeah this video just saved me... I do have a couple of questions though ...
    1) Is there a reason why you used a metal container for the fermentation process can I just use a plastic container with a lid.
    2) Is there also a reason why you put water in the small freezer containers before freezing the pap?
    3)Can I use my regular white pillowcase that comes with bedsheets to drain the water (you said you had to take out the foam from the pillow like it was the actual pillow you used as alternative to the drain bag)
    4) Blend till really smooth right?
    Thanks a lot ❤️

    • @GraceWorldbeauty
      @GraceWorldbeauty  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow! I am so glad that you came across my video.
      Lemme answer your questions accordingly:
      1) No! I used the pot because that’s the only big container I have at home. So you can use any container with lid.
      2) Yes! It helps to retain its freshness unless you’re putting it in a ziplock bag but if you’re putting it in a container, you need to add water to it.
      3)No dear! It won’t drain the water out fully! So need a real pillow. So if you can’t use already used pillow, go get a new one. Tear it open and take out the foams. Then use it to drain it.
      4) Yes. But also remember that you’re working with already blender corn. So, it won’t be all the way smooth.
      You’re the real mvvvp . Thank you so much for comment and watching! If you’re still confused, lemme know or contact me on Instagram @graceworld_beauty

      For the mesh bag, I brought from Nigeria but if you don’t have, you can use your pillow.
      Bring out the foams from your pillow and use it for it.

      GraceWorld beauty thanks for the response.I have a Ninja blender the big one,but it doesn’t blend things smoothly ,I guess because the blades are too big.even the ninja blender don’t blend bell peppers 🌶 to a very smooth paste.I have been doing this Ogi before I came across your video, but after soaking for days,I just filter with the mesh cloth without blending but I feel if it’s blended ,it will give more Ogi.
