I have no idea what pap is but girl you really turned into a master pap production maker… I loved how you detailed every process and invited everyone into your world 😊 what I missed is a little of explanation on how this is eaten, is it like a porridge? You really try making this pap but next time use white pillow case to do the last process so that it will remove only the water from the pap not together with ur pap ok bcuz I can see you wasted some of the pap inside the sink
The fermentation process also turns the grain into a great source of probiotic as well. This is better than any Kombucha brand out there.
