- in this recipe, I used
2 mudus white guinea corn
2 mudus millet
1 mudu white corn
1 mudu yellow corn
2 mudus of tigernut (small seed)
1 mudu of Dates
1 mudu masa rice
1 cup funegreek
1 cup cumin
1 cup fennel
¼ cup cloves
fresh ginger.
pls make sure you watch the video without skipping for directives.

Did you drain and was the tiger nuts and rice water the day of making the pap? You said to washed and drained the other grains but I wasn’t sure if you did the same thing with the rice and tiger nuts.

No I don't. You should check your markets in SA. Sending them from Nigeria to SA will be expensive. Though I bought all the ingredients for $13 in Nigeria.
