Amazing Ronke! What I do is tie the cheese cloth around a bowl and sieve the blended mixture batch by batch. I find squeezing it very stressful and energy sapping. Weldone for all you do.
Wow, first time seeing white corn and guinea corn lol, that blender is amazing, we blend our pap with commercial blenders here, i love how u explained it, great share
Awesome. So i bought the blended corn flour from int aisle and tried to make it before i saw your process. I fermented for 3 days and added ginger. The cheesecloth was frustrating or i wasnt patient enough and i used the normal iron sieve instead....i felt particles in the end product so ill try not to be too impatient next time
This looks like it's brimming with a nation of probiotics🤩, I've been searching for sources of probiotics apart from yoghurt abd this lands on my feed🤸 I'm completely sold by your technique❤😅... Please I'll like to know when I'm soaking it for the first 7 days like you mentioned do i change the water or is it the same water for the whole 7 day.
Hi Ronke, as a lover of pap, I can't even thank you enough. I have a question. In what proportions do you mix the sorghum and white corn?, please state the measurements. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this process...very helpful. I have 2 questions ma'am. If I blend the whole thing and keep in the fridge without remove the chaff/fibre, is it safe to eat & do you think it will taste as good? Also, I'd like to know why you didn't change the water everyday during the fermentation process? Does it slow it down? Thank you😊
Game changer is fermenting then use the juicer to process, easy peezy

If you are somewhere really hot, best to change the water daily. Otherwise you can change it every 2-3 days.
Okay, I'll do that thank youuu ✨

Hello, a 2 to 1 ratio of corn to sorghum works well for me
Please can a 1500watts nutribullet blender do the blending
Probably. I've never tried it though.

Absolutely, it’s safe.
Because I live in a cold place, so fermentation is very slow.
