Thanks for the video, if you try with de Lossless Scaling i think you can have 60 fps in Highest.

Hi, what do you mean by lossless scaling? Is that a mod? I'm currently running 720p as 800p still has border as game doesn't support 16:10. My fps seems to be between 45-60 med -high settings depending on things happening. On 800p it was falling down to high 30's.
