I did this this morning before church along with another of the 30-minute running workouts . I love doing these alone or combining it with a gym workout or a walk outdoors. Followed by short strength training at home with kettle bells or hand weights Thank you for the convenience of being able to get a strong workout in at home for when life gets busy and there's not always time to drive to the gym.
Awesome training! I did it twice in a row and burned for 507 min 409 active kcal, 7,3 km. (I am female 55kg, 170cm) Awesome! After a hard HIIT workout I have sore muscles, therefore this training is great 👍

@@nidhipriya6940 Apparently you have little experience in sports training. This workout is very compact and very effective, but it is very easy to do. A lot of workouts are harder and less effective

Running is a high impact exercise so it can affect the bones but they'll be stronger once they heal. Do walking with weights for now then resume running once the pain is gone
