    I told my husband that I was going to start working out again. Been looking for something that was easy and effective. After having 3 surgeries in the past 10 years, I gave up after physical therapy ended. This is perfect for me. Now I am excited to show my husband that I can do this workout at home.     my god i have done with the entire sessions ......... my god i saw , moon stars , sun what not .my thighs were shiverring i took frequent intervals but i made it that i need to complete at any cost .im drenched in sweat. my god i happy i have done it

    Really good, easy visually to focus and follow the correct movement as there is nothing else in the background to distract the eyes. This will be a weekly workout for me. I'm going to ache for the next couple of days though!! Thanks so much.

    I do a 20 min workout 6 days a week I’ve been getting results but I want to try doing this 2-3 of those days when I have the time ( I’m still in full time education and with the past lockdowns I’ve been given a lot of work )

    So I went from Body Project to Millionaire Hoy, went down from 90 to 84kg just doing their videos. They were fantastic, but I had eating disorder cause of depression, and bounced back to 89kg.
    Lately I tried yours and I have to admit, your routines are harder for beginners/returning peeps. I wasn't able to walk for half a day after this lol! But it made me feel fantastic and light after that. This is my 3rd day at your channel and you made my momentum better again! :D

    I have to say I’ve been in such a funk for a while because of my weight gain and I’m horrible at dieting although I am now becoming more of what I eat and how much but you popped up on my suggestions here on TH-cam and you’ve become a big fav!     I don't know how I got here, but I'm glad that I pressed play. FINALLY, some exercises that I can do with limited mobility and no jumping. Those that I cannot do, I just revert back to the previous move.

    Thank you Brain.. I have been not able to be consistent with workout and when i suddenly try working out I feel so tired and demotivated but this workout .. I completed as it is lighter so I have the satisfaction of working out today.. Once I'm consistent with thos video then I will start with your other videos with tougher moves.. I love how your videos are with no noise but just some suiting/soothing music's.. Thanks again

    Love your exercise, I am in my sixties and not that flexible but getting there. Your longer video I have to do in two parts sometimes🙂 the short one are great, love the rest time 😁. I do improvise some of the moves sometimes, I know consistency will get me there.

    Just getting into working out, said let me start with a walk workout, I have done others and barely broke a sweat, but not today! I kept thinking when is the 30 minutes up. I now have a new fitness coach. Love the format, 30 sec reps, just when I want to give up you change it up...that is motivating for me. Looking forward to getting through my first one without stopping.

    I really love this workout! its not boring with no repeat ones and it's not difficult to follow but I am sweating alot. Thank you for your great workouts.
