I have a masters degree in library science. I am not a librarian but I love librarians. My favourite course was on censorship. Books and those who run libraries should be protected by the First Amendment.
Those who are the accused in a criminal trial, who are harassing and intimidating witnesses, jurors and other judicial system participants, and getting their riot-happy lemmings to do the same, should not enjoy the same level of protected speech.

He sincerely believes only his way is the right way. FYI all courts are cold to keep people awake when listening to some needed but boring evidence.

My Mom worked for years in the children's department of our local library. Mom & I learned so much about American Black History every February when her head Librarian, Marlene, would give her a list of books about our Black Innovators to put in a prominent display case in the middle of their department.

I loved your segment on Librarians. Much of my success in life I owe to librarians. I started a business to pay my way through college. The librarians aided me by directing me to trade journals and business planning for advertising and growth. I wound up growing the business and hiring 13 people to work for me. It was almost 50 years ago. I was paying my part times $10 per hour. I had zero turnover and was making a good living. I finished my degree, then got a second one. To all librarians "YOU ARE DEEPLY APPRECIATED"

As a lifetime patron of the Chicago Public Library, I swear I never knew the re-shelf cart was for us to put books on. I thought it was for Librarians who were in the middle of reshelving books.
