- Special recipe of my grandmother's Hainanese Bak Chang.
Here's the ingredients:
Glutinous rice
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce/ Karamel Soy Sauce
Pork Lard
Pork Belly
White Pepper
Salted Egg Yolks
Dried Oysters
Chestnuts
Garlic
Mung Beans
Soy Beans
Dried Scalops (optional)
Sweet Chinese Sausages
Shitake Mushrooms
Fresh Banana Leaves
Baking String
