    Loved this. unfortunantly i cannot do side planks, lack of stregnth but also problems with my left wrist - did forarm plank instead.This was exactly what my mind and body needed to start off this very cold and windy saturday monring.
    Will be following more of your videos in the following days. Practice yoga daily helps keep the mind, body and soul clean

    I REALLY loved and enjoyed the rhythm city of the flow and the stretchy poses ♥️♥️♥️ it would be nice also one with balance poses, i feel like this kind of movement, made rhythmic, really makes you concentrate on the balance 🤔🤔

    Tana, thank you so much for all your videos, and this flow in particular!
    I have chronic back and shoulder pain, and yoga helps me to relieve this, so I do it quite a lot 😅
    I discovered your channel not so long ago, and it has already become my favorite. I love your playful approach to yoga and your flows never get boring. This video has quick become my absoulte favourite, I can not really describe it, but somehow after I finish this flow I always feel so at ease in my body.
    Sometimes you ask for suggestions, so I will be so bold as to wish for maybe another rhythmic yoga flow? 🤗

    This was a tough flow to follow, specifically from the low lunge, to easy twist, to the side plank portion when you are raising and lowering the hips I wasn't sure how to place my feet or carry my weight. Also the pyramid shape transitioned very quickly, and for me being not as flexible moving in and out of that position without dumping on my joints was a challenge.

    as always im a huge fan of ur flows! btw the music in the background was distracting and took me out of the meditation at the end, i usually put on my own music while doing yoga so that was a bummer. would love more yoga videos without music!:) much love
