That's sweet I was looking at this one but went with the red daiwa fuego SV 103 I did some videos on it and I like it a lot probably the best reel you can buy for the $100.00 mark.
Whether it be Salamandura, Ardito, you can clearly see that it is just a Tatula made for different regions with a better paint job. I bought the purple Ardito from Malaysia vs the Revo to match my Ike Rod and saved $100.

Well almost the same as tatula because if u see the tatula 100-300 the 100 only have zero adjuster while the salamandura 100-150 and they both have zero adjusters if i am not mistaken
in s.e.a we got pretty solid market like daiwa saber ulg rod,daiwa ardito,revros ex lt,finnese lt and other cool looking reel that usdm didn't get idk why but some special reel made in taiwan while other like tatula 100 that usdm got is made in thailand 😅😅
Honestly, a lot of Chinese anglers and argents would not recommend to buy any Daiwa-Chinese-special including Salamanduras because they thought Daiwa just change the colors to red and change the knob and said this is a new generation and raise the price, without too much better practical experience. I would like to hear your opinion about this reel compare with normal Tatula SV, therefore I gave you like, hope one day I can see it.

On the box it says it has crbb corrosion resistant ball bearings. I wonder if it is ok in saltwater?

@@vire559 I prefer using daiwa oil , I tried other oil company but it affected casting distance negatively.
@@1cjs4u each to their own.. i prefer Shimano for Shimano and Daiwa for Daiwa.

Daiwa salamandura just the cdm version of tatula 100 elite, color is the only difference
its a chinese market SV 103, and freshwater coastal SV. The "100 elite" doesnt have an SV spool
