The specific design of this reel is for skipping under cover/ docks. The shallow spool will provide less backlashing along with the SV technology. As with most TD reels it can be used for many applications, but I believe it was designed mostly for skipping.
in wanna use it with a medium rod for fishing perch and bass with ned rigs, cheb rigs, weightless plastics and some other light stuff, but some times i will use it with some small topwater lures or stuff that we normaly fish with higher gear ratios.with this reel i don't realy know if its the right way to use it beacause it has a 7.1 gear ration wich translates to 26 inches, wich for me is normaly a 6.6 (and i use the 6 gear ratios for like my chatterbait fishing or cranjbait fishing ). so im a little bit confused about the gear ratios on this reel
so as a recap, i can use it for any king of light lures and for any application ? and also another question, what is the lightest lure that you have thrown on it ?

What’s the lightest this reel can throw? Like 1/10 ned rigs ?
Depending on your line it can throw extremely light lures!

The reel is perfect for throwing shallow and medium running crankbaits. You can also throw light texas rigs on it for bass.
