Great progress story. I agree that once you know and realize that there's no quick fix, and that there was work needed to be done, you begin to see improvements. You have to put in the work and understand the mechanics to get better. Have patience and practice the methods. Over time anyone can be healed completely. So glad for this channel. I didn't join the mentorship but I had people who kept me in check.
Great video, BBP is the best place to recover! Look forward to part 2 & more progress! Happy Wedding day & as you say no need to overthink weather, it is what it is! 🌈
Alcohol, etc were used for self medicating. Like me, I didn't really understand what I was going through. Thanks to Shaan's videos I at least have a much better understand. Between my psychiatrist and the videos, I'm getting more out of the videos right now! Going outside and walking always helps.
@@mycomment474 in a way it is but there’s nothing wrong with that. They genuinely help out people and want to keep helping but they also have to make money to keep going and dedicate time.
Just my story mate. And I’m still on my own recovery journey, so just trying to share things that I hope would help others out their on their own journeys👍🏼
Ahh it's kind of half commercial half content to help you on your recovery journey. It is possible to do it on your own but it is easier (though much more expensive) to do it with help.
