He’s right. That’s how it works.
Recovery it’s not about stop feeling the symptoms but becoming friends with them.
And you need to pass A LOT of time with them, the goal is stop seeing them like enemies.
Then they disappear, but you don’t care anymore if they are there or not.
So remember: they will stop being there when you don’t care anymore if they are there or not.

Such a Trooper bro for sharing your story
Yeah this mind-body thing is no joke !!
I remember the first time I finally gave up thinking something was medically wrong with me , and started to realize it was my extreme anxiety and sub-conscious behavior
I called the ambulance like I’ve five many times because of severe head pain/ dizzy ,
I hopped on the ambulance and the medics put his hand on my shoulder and said
“everything going to be ok man , we got you “
And my pain immediately dissolved and all these emotions were coming up , I was like woah 🤯

Yes , they always say things like I just got used it , or I have to live with it now, or now I just have 2 panic attacks a month. Like 2 a month it’s still torture lol. I think the mentally that destroys you is accepting you have to live like this now. No thanks , I don’t want it, I’ll try whatever it takes to get my life back

Mine happened after my first and LAST Pfizer....anemia and dizziness and I quit work . I couldn't get off the sofa for 5 months :( I woke up every day dizzy and pale and strangely surreal feeling. It wasn't just anxiety. Those shots are bloody poison. The shot just made me worse.

My mentality has changed even more and more every time I watch videos like this it gives me the hope to change to gain on my way back. Digestive issues have always been a problem with me, but I know it’s because of my mind being sensitized I want to thank your team and you most of all. Shann forgiving me hope right now I’m not financially there to join the mentorship but hopefully there is a way for me to recover and I hope you read this comment because I would like a chance to talk to you even if it cost me $100 I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me hope

This is almost the exact same experience that I had! It all started from dizziness after the first Pfizer vaccine. I’m prior military and work at the VA hospital and was forced to take the shot or lose my job. I couldn’t eat with and lost weight. I would also get dizzy while eating.

Hi Shaan , been watching your podcasts for a while and really helping me understand what’s going on in my body and head. Just watched Daniel’s recovery podcast and he mentioned about the urge to belch but unable to, I have had this symptom for five years now since I lost my father and it causes me untold misery. Can I ask Daniel how do you cope with this symptom? I know it’s a habit caused by anxiety
