I can go into the plow pose and from there I can straighten my legs so that they point to the ceiling. I do this without hand support to my back. Is this safe, though?
Great video! As a subscriber that greatly enjoys your vids I was wondering if you can do a flow for injured or sensitive knees that doesn't involve warrior or lunge poses as I've had knee surgery and many of the practices hurt me but I want to restart yoga again slowly. Thanks and have a great day :)
+Gece özgül Thanks so much for the comment and for the request :) Yes...I'd love to do a flow like this ...can you be more specific...do you need a sequence that avoids deep bending of the knees or putting pressure on the knees or both? xoxo
+BrettLarkinYoga most of the balance poses and standing poses that distribute the weight equally to both knees, like the triangle and its variations, are okay but bending my knees too deeply or having too much of my weight on them hurts. worst is squatting or child's pose. also I'll make sure to share it with my physical therapy friends that are suffering from the same problems :3
Yes this video helps me do this exercise safely at home without paying for a class or attending a class. Thank you for posting it.

Do you have a video where you show how to align hips over shoulders
Nice but first one have to be able to do the first step which I can't lol
That's ok!! We all start somewhere💖
My thoughts exactly 🤣 been trying to find a video for a real beginner like myself, as I am tired to have my teachers to always have to hold my legs 😔

As long as it feels safe in your body!We never want any pain in our practice💖
@@BrettLarkinYoga It's not painful, although I have osteoporosis and have had several fractures in the past, including hip fracture.
Does help with eneny
That's good I struggle with eneny
Phew. I have been doing it correctly. Although I just lay down straight, toes pointed, then slowly raise them and straighten my spine.
