    I struggle with arm balances in general -- mostly total fear of face-planting. I've watched countless other "How to do crow" videos with no luck. Something clicked with this one, however, and yesterday, I actually got my feet off the floor for the first time ever. Not for long -- maybe 2-3 seconds, but that's 2-3 seconds longer than I've ever managed before! Thank you! Looking forward to trying some of your other "how to" videos!

    Oh my god I did it in 5 minutes I love you!!!! I went from thinking that it would take a while just to get over the fear, to thinking it would take a while to get the strength just to pick up one foot off the floor, to just doing it with you (and a couple of blocks and a big cushion for reassurance...) but I did it like right now!!!! I held it for 2 seconds but feel positive enough about it to practise it again tomorrow now :) thank you so much.

    Incredible tutorial. I'm not into yoga but it looked like fun to try. Your teaching method is brilliant. My very 1st try I held for 3 seconds, followed immediately by a 10 sec hold, then a 6 sec hold. It's a strong workout, after I catch my breath and have a cuppa I'll try again. As a 62 year old, it's fun. I'll give myself a while to perfect it then I'll try some of your other tutorials.

    • @Livinleggings
      @Livinleggings  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Im glad it helped! The legs can wobble out of place when we lack strength within the inner thighs and core to be able to hold them steady! So with time and practice its most likely the wobble will become steadier but really try to focus on squeezing the thighs in towards each other to help!
