just fell on my face lol but thanks for the tips I think they helped a lot!
Hope you landed softly x
This is great! Esther, I love your gentle humility, and that the fact that you have people demo poses who actually seem like they are in the process of learning the pose (as opposed to having done it for years).
your little tips helped so! It was the first time I got into it! Thank you, i've been working on it for a year straight. Iwasn't forward enough
Thank you so much!!!
This is so helpful, these "little tips" are GEMS!

Wow, I was looking for this, but can you tell me which pose is best to begin with so that I don't hurt myself?
Gracias por el truco!…a veces me salía y a veces no
Y es justo esa posición de hombros la que permite o no subir 🎉
Thank you for this break down. I have a question on assisting this pose - the other day a students legs folded over and onto my arm - with this weight on my arm it pulled a muscle! Do you have any suggestions on how I could better assist a student away from the wall? Thank you in advance!
Thank a lot. Very useful.
Thank you
Thank you so much. My balace was way to bad
Ekhart Yoga is this asana "easier" than the palms-only (no forearms) hand stand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)? what about the sirsasana? im trying to determine with which of these to start.
thanks!
It's most difficult
Very well perform
Thank You..

The women doing stand is preety flexible
It´s better to walk towards your hands a little bit more with your legs straigt. Then it happens that when you raise one leg, it goes up almost automatically.
think this is not a trick but a mis alignment. Probably the shoulders are not strong enough for her to go into the pose yet, coming closer in, stretching upper back more and then lifting without the jump is good.

no, JUMP up? No!!! control yourself up!
If you didn't have a partner or a wall and you flip over wont you... break your neck?
If you are new to this pose... Don't try it without a wall or a partner!
