Imagine next year when Pixel will have a Tensor made by TSMC, every fanboy will start a new war. I live in Europe : we don't have access anymore to Chinese flagship. North American and South American don't have too. When you love tech, you know there are great phones everywhere. The average consumer, in Western countries have to make choice between iPhone, Galaxy and Pixel in matter of flagship today.

Currently have a OnePlus 12 and shattered both sides of the screen. I had an upgrade I could use and so I got the iphone 16pro and to be honest I'll be returning for the Ultra 24.
I have been using both Iphone and Samsung for years now. I can say that Samsung always has more features and versatility. The speed difference isn't quite noticeable and the Iphone photos are always overprocessed. Especially at night. Iphone videos are always better but not by a lot. I got the Samsung S24 Ultra earlier this year and that made me so uninterested to the new features Apple has to offer. And that is for obvious reasons. S24U definitely killed 16PM this year.
This may be the worst short review I've ever seen based on ONE comment. The iPhone photos are overprocessed??? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read coming from a Samsung user. I've owned both back and forth for YEARS and It's not even close. The Samsung overprocesses to the point of faking moon photos with their 100x zoom. That's been proven and proven again. I mean, every normal pic on the Samsung looks great but compared to the iPhone the Samsung is crazy overprocessed and the colors are never realistic. They are oversaturated and never look like what you were actually photographing. I'm not a professional photographer but most reviews by the professionals tend to lean this way too. Is the Samsung cooler in many ways, heck yeah, but this explanation is not on par... I can go on and on about what's better about the iPhone from processing speeds to face id but I won't do that...
iPhone recording in Log and now also in 4k 120fps so I get much better looking video with it than with my S24 Ultra (there are apps for that but they crash and are not usable) and also it has much better microphone system and new Audio Mix feature and also speakers are much better on iPhone if you had chance to test them ever you should have different opinion maybe. Power Share is function that i never needed and DeX is also prety useless if you have notebook or tablet it is always better option than DeX from phone and you also need separate monitor, mouse, keyboard and also on my 5k Samsung USB-C monitor it looks really crappy with such low resolution so It is nice feature but 99% people will never use that function. I have 16 Pro Max and S24 Ultra so I can tell you iPhone is better in some features and optimization and S24 is also better in some space but when i use full QHD resolution and everything as I use on iPhone it will drain my battery much faster and that is main reason for me to prefer iPhone in my daily using as business owner/creator.

@@CRISPRAVINJA I have the same experience with the S21 Ultra, indoors with a room temperature of 22-24C I can only use 5-6 minutes of non-stop shooting using 4K, while outdoors with an average temperature of 32-35C I can only do 2-3 minutes. But after using the S24 Ultra, I only experienced this problem when taking videos outdoors with a temperature of 32-35C, I could only take videos with a duration of 10-15 minutes with 4K quality.

I have always noticed if I open the same app or article on the 16 pro max and the s24 ultra, the type is so much smaller on the iPhone. I have tried adjusting the font size and the zoom on the iPhone but it's not the same and reverts back to the way it was. I'm 72 years old and I just don't have perfect eyesight anymore even with glasses.
The S24 Ultra is insane! It can still keep up with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and in some ways it's even better. That tells me that Apple got lazy when they made the new iPhone. I can't wait to see what the S25 Ultra will be like. It's going to be bye-bye Apple!

Samsung had an acttion button before apple, but that's not my point. I've been using the Samaung 24 ultra for around 6 months, and i absolutely love it ! From the camera to even the S pen actions for taking photographs
he make it fair as possible not setting up the galaxy at highest screen quality & brightness bc its QHD 2600 nits, battery is 4900 vs 5000 so galaxy won the battery test easy 🎉
There are multiple battery tests on TH-cam with some showing the 16PM with better battery life and some showing the Galaxy S24 U being better. I will say though that most articles have the iPhone beating Samsung's best.
I switched from iPhone to galaxy probably 6 years ago. I returned it within 72 hours. Biggest complaint was my phone just isn’t usable plugged into a vehicle even if I’m not driving. Has this been fixed?
Which screen has more real estate? I read the 16 Pro Max is 6.9 inches and the S24 Ultra is 6.8 inches, but the S24 Ultra's screen looks bigger side by side here.

Im using a Samsung s23u and most of my friends using iPhones. Whenever we go travel, Samsung is always the top pick for better quality and beautiful pictures and videos. Nowadays I often get side eyes when I get extra convenient functions by using Samsung compared to the iPhone user. Hahaha. I love the versatility and flexibility it offers. nah don't call yourselves a tech reviewer if you are going to say only iphones can play console level games. iphones run ported AC mirage at 30fps while the 24U can run emulated GTA5 at 60 fps. world of a difference. Performance goes to 24U any day for its more efficient heat management as well. Also better battery life on iPhone is pure cope. Looking forward to galaxy AI vs apple intelligence

Best review and comparison, i have seen so far on youtube. I loved how you pointed out the areas in which both phones lacked. I also liked how you tell in the start of video that Iphone and Samsung both have been using the same design for last 3-4 years/ I know that apple has built a reputation of not providing much in upgrades, but what people have to understand is that you don't have to upgrade your smartphone every year.

Google pixel sucks, coming from pixel 7 pro. The screen started to have green line & freezes very frequently. Turns out it happens very frequently when i look around me & other android users. Back to iphone, too paranoid to use android phones now. No thanks

I think that you really need to check your methodology because everyone else has been able to demonstrate that currently, none of the iPhones, including the 16 Pro Max, have better battery life than the S24 Ultra, which has at least one more hour. Samsung had an acttion button before apple, but that's not my point. I've been using the Samaung 24 ultra for around 6 months, and i absolutely love it ! From the camera to even the S pen actions for taking photographs

Lots of other tests show the iPhone lasts longer.
There are multiple battery tests on TH-cam with some showing the 16PM with better battery life and some showing the Galaxy S24 U being better. I will say though that most articles have the iPhone beating Samsung's best.
I switched from iPhone to galaxy probably 6 years ago. I returned it within 72 hours. Biggest complaint was my phone just isn’t usable plugged into a vehicle even if I’m not driving. Has this been fixed?
Which screen has more real estate? I read the 16 Pro Max is 6.9 inches and the S24 Ultra is 6.8 inches, but the S24 Ultra's screen looks bigger side by side here.
It has square corners and a small punch out instead of the pill cut out, so I'd assume it has higher screen to body
Conclusion just buy which OS you prefer.

i owned the s24 ultra for the last 3 months till yesterday.its a real flagship specific phone with more power imo than the iphone..BUT the real biggest different ist the lack of android apps..it doesnt have nearly the quality of ios apps..thats why i own a 16 pro max since today,however i love the beast of s24 ultra

I had preordered the iPhone 16 Pro in Natural Titanium, 1TB and filmed my unboxing on my channel! I'm in love with it! I've always got the max for years and years but the 16 pro feels so much better in my hands and it's comfortable to use as i use my phone for my day job and to manage my businesses. Highly recommend the 16 pro!

Im using a Samsung s23u and most of my friends using iPhones. Whenever we go travel, Samsung is always the top pick for better quality and beautiful pictures and videos. Nowadays I often get side eyes when I get extra convenient functions by using Samsung compared to the iPhone user. Hahaha. I love the versatility and flexibility it offers. Lots of my family and friends switch from iPhone to Samsung after witness what it can offer, especially with the camera function. I am considering to buying the iPhone 16, but my friend said "Don't do that, you downgrade instead of upgrade. Go to the latest Samsung ultra s series"😂and he is an iPhone user🤷♀️

nah don't call yourselves a tech reviewer if you are going to say only iphones can play console level games. iphones run ported AC mirage at 30fps while the 24U can run emulated GTA5 at 60 fps. world of a difference. Performance goes to 24U any day for its more efficient heat management as well. Also better battery life on iPhone is pure cope.

Best review and comparison, i have seen so far on youtube. I loved how you pointed out the areas in which both phones lacked. I also liked how you tell in the start of video that Iphone and Samsung both have been using the same design for last 3-4 years/ I know that apple has built a reputation of not providing much in upgrades, but what people have to understand is that you don't have to upgrade your smartphone every year.

Bad: Judging other people for having a preference
Choose the phone for you, most phones these days are amazing and will do basically anything you need with specialities in certain phones if you need it. Why is this so complicated? These companies don't care about you, only your loyalty which gives them more money.

I think that you really need to check your methodology because everyone else has been able to demonstrate that currently, none of the iPhones, including the 16 Pro Max, have better battery life than the S24 Ultra, which has at least one more hour. The 16 pro max is a f**king joke !....despite any software optimizations. I've used both iphones and S-series Ultra devices and in recent times, Apple hasn't really innovated anything ! Infact the pro max does not even look like a premium flagship product - it looks horrible! Even my old S21 Ultra could do a better job in most respects ! Apple plummeted so much that they even had to source display tech from Samsung.
The only tech I like to use and buy from Apple are the Mac's esp customized Mac studio & Mac minis. The rest is a customer fleece ! 😆😁😄

Before the iPhone was up to 27w (9v3a).
