If you want more freedom in installing other or hacked software then the Samsung is a gem. Been 10 years an apple user and I hated to always hsd to jailbreak my Iphone to do what I want. Samsung has freedom. Hacked TH-cam Premium works like a charm. But if you have invested a lot in the eco system of Apple, then its harder to switch. I'm an IT guy and I want freedom.
@riderchallenge4250 typical answer from someone who knows nothing about the freedom of Android. Been a user for 10 years Apple products. And if you are an IT person like me, IOS is a downgrade. You can't install own apps. No freedom of installation and customisation. So its not a downgrade at all.
It doesn't really matter because everyone will choose based off of what company they rock with. For me, the phone that brings the most overall in terms of options, is the S24 Ultra. Best optimization and fluidity, 16 PM. Smoothest experience and software enhancements (AI), Pixel.
Did you just leave the brightness settings on "auto" for all the phones? Because your conclusions are just flat out wrong. The Pixel has the brightest display at 3,000 peak nits, that is 50% higher than the iphone with 2,000 peak nits and even higher than the S24 Ultra's peak of 2,600 nits. Set all the displays to maximum brightness and the Pixel is the brightest. This isn't a matter of subjectivity.
@@ZONEofTECH As I said it isn't a matter of subjectivity. A nit is a unit of measure of luminosity. 3,000 nits is brighter/ more luminous than 2,000 or 2,600 nits. What you claim is like saying something that weighs 2 pounds is actually heavier than something that weighs 3 pounds. That isn't how units of measure work.
@@ZONEofTECHevery other review and measure of nits puts pixel 9 pro xl ahead by a large margin. I also have had all 3 and can verify in auto brightness pixel is the brightest. Manual brightness is different story. Definitely an issue with your device or user error in testing. The only case where it can be dimmer is if it was overheated and the other 2 were not. The large delta observed should've been the first sign of an issue...
Neither , s23 ultra better than every 3 imo . I can't tolerate grainy screen issue , restrictive software , and inconsistent processor of s24 u , ip 16 pm , p9p xl respectively . Would rather get s23 u for 60-70% of their price .
THANK YOU for comparing the minimum brightness of the displays! I was super curious how the screen of the iPhone compared with the 1 nit minimum brightness to other phones who don't have this minimum brightness in their specs.

I am thinking to switch from iphone to samsung phone but i have one concern the app optimization ,stability, bugs and the updates for the phone ? Is the one ui better now ?
That's not a smart move. You may get updates one month before others, two months after or you don't get them at all (as soon as next model is presented, updates ruin performance of "old" ones, browse forums). Apps just work better on Iphone. Yes, One UI is full of features, but fails at basic things, display turning on when notification comes or notifications being late. Not to speak about cameras. Once again, rethink it. (coming from someone who used Samsung flagships for 7 years straight)
I’m currently using an iPhone 14 pro max and wanting to go back to Samsung since i’m a galaxy user for years though got traumatized when my samsung phone had green line appeared on its screen for no reason.
I love the Pixel phone, but without a Google store in Australia, it’s not as convenient to handle any issues that arise, unlike with an Apple store. With Apple, you can simply book an appointment at the Genius Bar, go to the store, and about 95% of the time they’ll replace your iPhone or AirPods if there’s an issue-so convenient. I really hope Google opens a store here soon.
3:05 best review video of them all, I've been yelling at the screen for 7 videos "who cares about brightness!?!" Thank you for talking about how low it goes
I'm using my phone mostly for browsing, messaging, soc-med activities, a lil bit for office-things, taking pictures (non-video), and other non-demanding digital activities; Here I opt for Pixel9Pro over the two others bcoz it's a pure Android phone that can do that all stuffs, has solid photography performance, and of course connect well with the Windows system (computing system I'm using). Plus, I love its back camera design. As simple as that. For a context, I'm a Pixel 3 user, and the phone still holds up well, besides the battery capacity.
I tried multiple times to get Gemini to edit a chapter of the novel I wrote, but I just couldn't get it to work the way I wanted it. My only apple Intelligence enabled device is a Mac mini M1, but it rewrote passages in Pages I wrote with better grammar. It worked nicely.
I used the iphone 15 pro max for 8 months and my user experience was average so i changed to the s24 ultra , i was shocked on how good it was. The battery life was excellent than the 15 pro max , galaxy AI was superb , the gaming performance was excellent but similar to the 15 pro max , at the end of the day i would definitely choose the s24 ultra over the 15 pro max anyday
Having the ability to shoot in 8K allows for far more detail capture in post. That's ine reason why everyone wanted 4K in the cameras nearly a decade ago because it allows for more raw data to work with.
I think you forgot to mention that the S24 Ultra also has reverse charging, along with its anti reflective screen and the ability to film video in 4k 120fps using the pro camera settings.
There's something wrong with video boost that no one seems to be talking about. It makes it brighter but makes it so stuttery and flickery, a mess. If you search for other examples on youtube even in daytime it looks pretty bad, often worse than original footage.
I knew where this video was going as soon as he started off talking about the lack of need for 8k video recording 😂. My brother in christ...you can take high quality screen shots from the 8k video

I'm an IT guy and I want freedom.
lol why would you downgrade
@riderchallenge4250 typical answer from someone who knows nothing about the freedom of Android.
Been a user for 10 years Apple products. And if you are an IT person like me, IOS is a downgrade.
You can't install own apps. No freedom of installation and customisation.
So its not a downgrade at all.
Pixel also has 4K 120 fps slo-mo, as the name of 'Pan'.
Great content my Friend. Lmk what you've got for sale please? Peter
It doesn't really matter because everyone will choose based off of what company they rock with. For me, the phone that brings the most overall in terms of options, is the S24 Ultra. Best optimization and fluidity, 16 PM. Smoothest experience and software enhancements (AI), Pixel.
Great job, Daniel. Thanks.
How is the pixel the dimmest??? It has wat more nits than the other two!
9:21 the s24 also has 4k120 in regular video, accessible in pro video mode
Did you just leave the brightness settings on "auto" for all the phones? Because your conclusions are just flat out wrong. The Pixel has the brightest display at 3,000 peak nits, that is 50% higher than the iphone with 2,000 peak nits and even higher than the S24 Ultra's peak of 2,600 nits. Set all the displays to maximum brightness and the Pixel is the brightest. This isn't a matter of subjectivity.
They were all on auto and maxed out. Like I said in the video, the numbers on paper do not reflect the reality.
That absolutely insane dimming on the S24 Ultra is crazy. That would be my vote but either phone is great. Great video as always.
Neither , s23 ultra better than every 3 imo . I can't tolerate grainy screen issue , restrictive software , and inconsistent processor of s24 u , ip 16 pm , p9p xl respectively . Would rather get s23 u for 60-70% of their price .
In (7:47) you can really see the details in the iphone 16 pro max camera while s24 ultra and pixel 9 pro xl are "blurry"
What’s the name of the game that was played at 12:30?
Genshin impact
@@theelectrocompany777 thank you!!
I have Pixel 9 Pro XL
Google software, google hardware, google apps and google AI. Perfect smartphone.❤💯
THANK YOU for comparing the minimum brightness of the displays! I was super curious how the screen of the iPhone compared with the 1 nit minimum brightness to other phones who don't have this minimum brightness in their specs.
Samsung makes apples displays 😅
in the front camera comparison, did you toggle the option at the bottom on the iphone to crop out? it is usually zoomed in by default
11:11 I can't lie, all of these pros and cons are making it even harder to decide. Each phone has something I want and i feel like I'd be disappointed not having what the others have no matter which I choose.
11:45 new iphone 16s had 8g of ram not 6.
16s??? U living under a 🪨
@@Chickn3000 they clearly meant 16's 🤦♂
Editing error. I didn’t realise this when checking it :(
lol
where is the battery part? that is one of the most important factor to consider
It depends on the user.
That cut on the iphone is very ugly
If this was samsung or another phone having that, iphone users would react like it's a sin
This makes no sense lol if it’s on iPhone if another company did it what would iPhone users react with lmaoo
@@Joey4GreenMakes perfect sense to me. Before iPhone made larger phones, I personally witnessed iPhone cult mocking my larger phone until Apple came out of with larger iPhone. Then suddenly iPhone cult was OK with larger phone 😒
@@DLakerz No one mocked larger phones bro lol if you hate Apple just say it, people loved the galaxy note 2 even iPhone users, the bezels just made them a little unwieldy but everyone knew larger phones were on the rise, so much so Apple was being pressured, and in this case it’s a feature Apple has first so why would you mock it, once again just say you hate Apple lol
@@Joey4Green Don't hate Apple. I have iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. Others in my home carry iPhones. Great phones obviously. But yes, people did make fun of the larger Android phones. Again, experienced personally.
Do all the S24 ultra units have grainy screens?
I am thinking to switch from iphone to samsung phone but i have one concern the app optimization ,stability, bugs and the updates for the phone ?
Is the one ui better now ?
I switched. Annoying how often I get updates on apps :)
Don't worry. All works like a sharm. Just need one week of adaptation
Love my 16 pro max!! The other two are beasts too!!
How much are the wallpapers 😢😢
Those shown are all free and also in 8K 🥳. You can find them in our app, WallpaperZ:

Whats "Noise" mean?
I’m currently using an iPhone 14 pro max and wanting to go back to Samsung since i’m a galaxy user for years though got traumatized when my samsung phone had green line appeared on its screen for no reason.
I love the Pixel phone, but without a Google store in Australia, it’s not as convenient to handle any issues that arise, unlike with an Apple store. With Apple, you can simply book an appointment at the Genius Bar, go to the store, and about 95% of the time they’ll replace your iPhone or AirPods if there’s an issue-so convenient. I really hope Google opens a store here soon.
I’m switching from 15 Pro Max to the Pixel 9 Pro or the XL.
All preference because I found the S24U more comfortable to hold because of the round edges
the big black patch on iphone is still a bit annoying when viewing full screen (gaming, videos)😅
What happened to the front camera video of the iPhone never had this brightening/whitening on my previous iPhone 15 Pro Max software update I guess
3:05 best review video of them all, I've been yelling at the screen for 7 videos "who cares about brightness!?!"
Thank you for talking about how low it goes
Pixel
Love this! Just switched to galaxy bc of concerns about long-term eye health issues due to the IR blaster for Face ID
Are you gonna do a camera comparison between the iPhone 16 pro max and the 15 pro max?
I tried multiple times to get Gemini to edit a chapter of the novel I wrote, but I just couldn't get it to work the way I wanted it. My only apple Intelligence enabled device is a Mac mini M1, but it rewrote passages in Pages I wrote with better grammar. It worked nicely.
I hope the next iPhone has rounding edges like my old 11 pro max. That phone felt so good in the hand.
There is so little between high end phones these days it comes down to whether you like ios or Android or just like Apple over other brands.
He did mention the anti reflective screen
You should do a battery test between these 3 phones it would be awesome
There's something wrong with video boost that no one seems to be talking about. It makes it brighter but makes it so stuttery and flickery, a mess. If you search for other examples on youtube even in daytime it looks pretty bad, often worse than original footage.
Watching from my Pixel 4a (4 years old) phone...😅
Oh thank you. I was already going for the pixel. I am so excited
Ima buy the iPhone this time I think. Gonna be my first Iphone
Best review
With all due respect, you didn’t set the camera on the settings for its full capacity for taking pictures and videos on the iPhone 16 Pro Max
there seem to be some inaccuracies reg. charging times, dude. please check..
I have been using Pixel since Pixel 3. I will stay for now with pixel 8 and switch to 10 next year
I knew where this video was going as soon as he started off talking about the lack of need for 8k video recording 😂. My brother in christ...you can take high quality screen shots from the 8k video
9:06 ???
Please tell me I chose the right one so I feel better about spending money
