That is the West Seattle bridge behind us. I use a heavier main line off of bridges and piers, usually 50-65lb braid. On my leaders I use 12-15 for pinks and sometimes 20-30lb floro for my bumper and 8-12lb floro on my leader.
@Jose eliseo Coyoy sic you’re on the right path. I learned everything I know from watching TH-cam and getting out there and putting in the time on the water.
Wow that's a lot of fish.
Thanks bruh😊
Is that the West Seattle bridge ? How deep do you let the hoochie go and what line are you using ? 12 lb mono ?

I was thinking the same thing! I've never seen that bridge so empty and it's really dead considering it's a pink year.
@@ReelFishingPNW I was here this morning 10am about 20ppl
This was when the bridge opened earlier. Almost no one was there for those few days.

Ever try kayak fishing for salmon?
I have. It’s tough work. This morning I was fishing off my Bass Raider NXT. Caught a few pinks.
What's the season on these? what day to what day?
The pinks run every other year. It usually begins late July-December. This spot typically opens at the end of August early September
