For all the people that ask for the location, do a little research for shits sake. It's not that hard. I found this in about 5 minutes using Google maps. Hell, could even get out and walk/drive to find spots. Lazy.
Yeah I agreed! I drove around to find a good spot and I don't mind sharing this but some other folks just wanna know the location/address. They don't even say anything about my video and that is sad 😔 😪
@@codyoutdoor I just found your videos and like them. I like that that area does not appear to snag much, unusual for that river. I live in Auburn and work in Tukwila and have spent several years finding spots, for each different salmon. Maybe I'll see ya down there in 3 weeks ;)
Congratulations on growing the channel so quickly. Maybe one day you can come with me and do some black mouth fishing. Tight lines! Keep up the content! I can’t stop watching.
I went on 9/30 about an hour before low. Got myself two hens within an hour of fishing drifting cured eggs. Got really slow after low tide so I left. See you out there!
Awesome catch. Although i don't like bottom bottom rigs. Its a nice river nice flow for float fishing, or twitching and spoon, spinner gear. But regardless you did catch them in the mouth so that a plus 👍
Did you fish this on Wednesday (9/27)? Never tried fishing that spot when the nets are in. Didn't think it would be as good. And is it best at low tide only when the fish seem to hold waiting on the next high tide or was it the rain we just had that made it good? How long were you there for? Seems like you were getting them on every cast!
@@codyoutdoor Thanks. I was just curious if I could get away using like a 1/4-3/8oz egg sinker instead of pencil lead but id have to retie to change, ill probably just use the 3 way swivel setup and pencil lead so i can adjust it without having to retie.

I was thinking the same thing I found this spot pretty easily, so how would I rig up a salmon bobber fishing rig ? I have yet to learn

Thank you so much!
Do a setup video please

That's great! You're right before lowtide fish more active when tide coming up it's slow
Thanks for the video. That last coho looked to be good size. The ones I caught so far are mostly small or small adults.
Thank you 😊
Cody, where on the Green River are you? I am disabled and this looks like a place I can get to. Thank you
Season is over now I'm back for squiding
I am new to area. Where did you fish?
What's that a 2/0 size circle hook? I'm planning a Seattle trip
Yeah number two is good enough
@@codyoutdoor what size is better?
@@realliphe7447 i used that size it's good
Cool thanks
U cure ur own eggs or do u buy them? If u buy them where i can also get them?
You can buy cured eggs from Outdoor Emporium they sell them, but i cured pink salmon eggs from precious weeks i got them not my own eggs though 🤣
Nice fish. Hoping to get out on the green this weekend. The Snohomish is closer to me but you can not fish eggs there this year.
Yup bring eggs with you
You treat these fish like garbage. If you pull out the hook like that why don't you put it out of it's misery first.
People they have different thoughts and i respect that. For me it's a video if I'm afraid it hurts i wouldn't be fishing
Try pliers next time. It may save you from getting a hook in your finger.@@codyoutdoor
What kind of setup do you use for drifting eggs if you don’t mind me asking? Seen a lot of people do good on that river but never had any luck!
Same setup as Puyallup river but the leader shorter
what area is it in gren river
looks like down by Amazon ?
Seattle area any where in River you'll see silver jumping everywhere

Is that a 1 oz cannon ball weight ?
Yeah i believe so
Was this yesterday but posted today?
It was 2 days ago
It's a wild coho dude! Not even a hatchery mark.
@northvanbcfishing3454 it's okay catch wild or hatchery coho here but King must be hatchery and certain spot of the river only
😮😅
big coho 😮
Thank you 😊

Yeah i was there about an hour the tide started coming up
@@codyoutdoor Thanks for the reply. Guess it would be even better on Saturday when the nets are down.
What is the adress? Is it in green river?
What is the address?
Green river 😆
Yup it is
Are you using egg sinkers or lead wire/pencil lead for your setup?
It was Drifting eggs and leader about 3 or 4 ft and the weight is depends om how fast current or how strong it is

Where is this spot in Tukwila ?
