to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Today, we will practice a simple yet powerful Kriya that has been passed on from generation to generation and is amongst the most widely accepted practices world wide. AUM chanting energises those areas of your body that hold the maximum emotional baggage. Practice this everyday and you'll see immense benefits in your mental-wellbeing.
So, don't feel shy and chant Auuummmmmmm with me.
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

I have completed day 12! I meditated for the first time ever in my life! It was an amazing experience. It would be so good if you could create a video of Krishna chanting. In order to do some more yoga, I chose the surya namaskar challenge. I can't afford to lose myself a single day. I am becoming a better person❤ Thank you satvic team.

After doing this.. my throat became heavy and eyes are watering.. it is like I'm feeling a lot of emotions at the same time ...don't know if it is a good thing or not but at the same time feeling very calm and relaxed.. btw thank you for this beginners yoga camp it is helping me a lot.. very grateful to come across this amazing channel ❤️

i never thought i would be able to sit and chant continuously. Yeah i never sat straight honestly.. so it was kind of difficult hut during the short breaks after every word chanting 7 times...i used to bend my backbone like we did in previous asanas. I am planning to chant radhakrishn from tomm onwards in the early morning...and guess what...this idea striked while doing yoga only ❤️

And so i wont eating anything tomm except drinking fennel seed water, and oranges that too when i come to home after giving exam bcoz today i ate during my intermittent fasting hours. I will give my digestive system some proper relaxation tomm due to today's negligence

Day1 Sept 10,2023 starting my yoga journey with this meditation and i felt peace inside , all the emotions which i felt were trapped got released and i m feeling very relaxed and calm now. Thank You so Much Universe for this energy releasing and regaining session.💌

Day 12 April 24,2023 i Loved The Flow i m back again after a 12 day unplanned break; during this whole time i was missing these asanas n flow. and after doing it today after a long break. made me emotional. they key is u have to be true to yourself , you have to make time for these things , for yourself too. At the end u matter a lot more than anything happening in your life. Yoga is one such important thing that helps to connect within yourself . Thank You Universe and Radhika didi for such an amazing session. I remember my 2020 era where i used to chant these sound and left it aise hi. But ya willing to start again on everything.

Whenever i feel unloved or it's too hard to handle emotions i used to sing UMMM very silently like little baby and feel little relax ..i never know ye yoga practice hogi
