Suzi Farley , that's awesome!! Funny you mentioned pull-ups. I can knock out 10 military pull-ups it took me a year to do . I do them everyday before my regular gym routine. Practice makes perfect! I wish I would have done a video on it over the year . Girl, I would jump on the bar and fall down lol. I had no strength, but I was determined to do them and now I can knock them out!! Never give up !! 😊

All you need to build upper body strength is some dumbbells, and maybe a barbell. You can basically train the entire body with a these 2, but you can also do A LOT with dumbbells. Shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back.... So you really don't need a gym membership to build muscles.
Gia have confidence in what you’re doing. If you do it wrong someone will surely come and give you advise, any excuse to approach a female in gym lol. I used to watch videos and learn and the more my confidence built the more I learnt about correct form etc. Watch videos and practice couple of times at home before hitting gym without a weight just to learn the position. Or screenshot the move and save it to notes and refer back to it in gym. Reassure yourself before you leave, do not speak negatively to yourself and you’ll be fine. Good luck.
I really appreciate this video, I just started gym this week and I’ve been confused on what to do at the gym, using different sorts of machines and not knowing the purpose of it. Next time I go I will spend a lot of time in the dumbell section

I love that your videos aren’t too complex and you stick to the basics. The basics worked for people for years so there’s no reason to make workouts complicated. Your videos are always so informative and educational too. I just watched your video on bloating and it was very helpful 😁😉
I am obsessed with your arms! It seems like no matter what I do to help define them in the slightest bit, nothing works! I usually do 2-3 exercises for biceps with back and triceps with chest and shoulders. Do you recommend doing a separate arm day as well?? 💪
