  • This hypnosis session for anxiety and OCD works on obsessive-compulsive behavior such as nail-biting, hair-pulling and compulsive washing. This session uses techniques from hypnotherapy, the rewind technique, and NLP: pattern interrupt, to name a couple of the therapy styles used.     Best Hypnosis for OCD I have heard in years. Very in depth getting to the core of why the disorder started in the first place. Rather than just focusing on CBT /ERP exposure therapy, this really helps the subconscious mind.

    I can’t wait to try this with my 13-year-old son! He inherited a double dose of OCD behavior from my husband and me.     This was amazing and brought me back to my 15 year old self who had her innocence robbed from her. Never spoke about it and thought it was her fault. No more!!!! Thank you more than words can say

    i had suffered through religious ocd .....i feel i m comming out of it but still struggle....like i still get thoughts of giving swear words to god and holy personalities i dont want to do that.
    .can this video help me as well inorder to stop these bad thoughts and do all my religious activity with peace

    Ive been obsessed with a maintenance guy who works at the corner and parks his 4 x 4 truck every single day including the weekends on the sidewalk. Hes a very rude man. I was never able to sit outside and relax all summer because hes always there. I can never have company to myself. I've been actually binge eating because of him.

    Thank you for this amazing video.
    Do you have one you suggest for people that are trapped in doubts? I have times in which I'm sure I haven't done a certain thing, but most of times I keep thinking and thinking if I did! I'm currently with medication and trying to get more help. It would be great if you had a video specifically for cases like mine.

      You can still make changes while you sleep but I'd recommend sitting up for this one to hear and absorb some support for the conscious part of the brain too.

I thought Anxiety and OCD are metal health issues and I listened to the this episode - since I didn't read the disclaimer first. Should I be OK? Will it harm me? Obviously I'm not feeling any bad - rather just felt relaxed.

      Thank you for asking. The main call to action is to check with your primary health or mental health care provider first before taking on any other form or treatment. They may have another treatment underway that they prefer you focus on. It's more a check to make sure that they are okay with you listening to this or any other of my work as it requires your judgement to decide what to listen to, so it's best to double check with your official healthcare provider first.
